Southeast van lines has an amazing reputation in the market. My brother has previously hired them and he also recommended them. I have to admit, they really are awesome. Their men were so professional every step of the way. I was very impressed by the efficiency and skills shown by these men. They lifted my heavy furniture with such ease. Everything was so well packed that nothing suffered any kind of damages on the way. I received everything right on the scheduled as well. Trust me when I say this: these guys won’t disappoint you!
I cannot emphasize enough on how good the movers from Southeast van lines were during my last move. It was so easy getting a quote from them in the first place. On top of that, the customer service was very quick to return with a fabulous quote. The movers were just too good. They showed up on time with all the proper tools. They immaculately packed everything. Then the loading process went very smoothly as well. Even they delivered everything on time. I have gained so much respect for these amazing movers over the course of this move.
**********ATTN: DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! They were awful - damaged 90% of my furniture and will not return phone calls for damage claims. Claimed to have furniture wrap, but did not and damages occured during transit. Lack of response = guilt. DO NOT USE! They should get negative stars. Pay more money for better service. I wish I could express how horrible this service is. Please read all reviews and find someone else. Has anyone ever filed a claim with them or know where I can find their insurance information??
Called to get information on storage the manager was rude, later went in and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. I asked a couple questions for the property and her reply are " I am the manager and the owner pays me to run it and not bother her" If you don't like your job than quit! I do not recommend having a storage here at all!
My mind was blown seeing how freaking fast the movers from Southeast van lines were. They arrived at 9:00 am as promised, took an inventory and got to work. Boxes and furniture were literally flying out and into their van. They finished the whole packing and loading process very quickly! I would never know how it was humanly possible for these 4 men to finish the job so quickly! Even more surprisingly, they delivered all my valuables in the exact condition they took them. I’m pretty damn sure these guys are on some kind of energy pill that I would very much like to get my hands on!
Let me start by saying that I wish I could give Southeast van lines more stars. On the day of the move, the foreman and his 5 guy crew arrived earlier than scheduled time and spoke to our super making sure all is ok with the insurance and the elevator, exactly as promised. They worked together and treated my belongings carefully. They were totally dependable and I was tension free.
Don't do business with this company if you value your property. I've first made business with this company as the manager promised my property will be delivered in 2 weeks. That was all a lie when it taken over a month and half for me to see all my property. I only to find that this company just piles everyone stuff without caring a damn. Most of my boxes were damages along with my furniture I've had. Not only I had property damaged, but find that I'm missing few of my furniture such as my kitchen table and chairs. I've attached a photo in showing how Region Relocations will treat your property if you do your business with them. You're better off paying more with Upack or just move it yourself through Uhaul.
All I wanted for this move to be is hassle-free. Thank god for Southeast van lines which made it happen! They were very efficient and creative. They used the right amount of packing material for everything and their packing skills were amazing. When the delivery was made, I was surprised to see not even one piece suffered the slightest damage. They quoted very low and it was reflected in the final bill. I thank them very genuinely.
One of the most worst worst worst worst experience ever had with Silver Van Lines. The driver(Alex) who came to deliver the stuff, he just dropped all the luggage at parking lot and he just left and when I see most of the stuff got damaged. He was suppose to unwrap the things and needs to assemble all the furniture as per the contract. They spoke nicely before we make a decision, once we signed even they do not bother to answer calls.I complained to the Silver Van lines and they said they are going to call in 1 hour to resolve the issue, am just waiting for the solution. I was too happy because the team of Southeast van lines was packed and transported my belongings perfectly. They guaranteed to do their job properly and they really did that. They wrapped and loaded my things carefully. Their truck driver was also very decent. They placed my vase and artwork nicely. They were very helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Moving companies aren't required to be an AMSA member, but the ones that are have committed to the association's rules and regulations, which protect both the companies and the consumers hiring them. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
