Tosha Roberson at Tax City Pro has screwed me over. I sent all documents as requested and she did not add everything to my return. 1 year later the IRS sent me a letter stating that I now own them over 4000 dollars. She would not help me pay that, and she did not return any of the fee that she charged me... Don't do it... file your return with a professional!
For over 15 years, I have received outstanding tax and accounting service from Ace Bookkeeping and Tax Service. I choose this business for my tax preparation after seeing the owner's credentials and training in tax accounting listed on their website, which are superb. And Mr. Kanakiya as lived up to the high standards related to his background. His staff are efficient in handling you as client from your initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the delivery of your final tax filing report. And Kurt Kanakiya is very knowledgeable, proficient, and exceptionally professional in his relationship with me as a client. I simply submit my extensive folder of tax-related documents to him and he prepares my taxes for filing, always on time and producing a return of funds to me from IRS. And I have never been audited. He met with me personally on my first visit before and after he prepared my tax filing. Since that first visit, he has been so familiar with my tax file that I need only deliver him all the necessary documents for him to file my taxes. To say that I am very satisfied with Ace bookkeeping is not sufficient to express my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Ace to all my friends and family without any reservation.
I had to remove my accounts from this establishment. When you Open up accounts and are assured of an agreement made, and this branch cycles through their branch managers several times in a year. Your agreement made with the initial branch assistant manager becomes negated. When it comes to my money I'm very specific. Lesson learned don't take anybody's word get it on paper. Customer service does not involve the words, " there is nothing that I can do, there is nothing that I will do."
I love this credit union and this location. The service is always good and the people are always friendly. If you ever get an opportunity to join Navy Federal you need to jump on it because this is where your money should be. I have never had an issue with them over the phone or in person. I had an account with a bank along with this account , but I have canceled my bank account and moved everything over to this account . Best move ever!
The only place that I will let do my taxes is the Midway Tax Service on Cleveland Ave. The lady there is so friendly and professional. She even sponsored my children for Christmas. As a single mom, it's difficult around the holidays. The advance money came in handy, and then she blessed my babies with toys and clothes. My sister is a customer too, and this is the only place I refer people to. Thank you so much for what you continue to do for me and my family. #CustomerForLife
Would give zero stars if possible. Not only ruined my pants, but still insisted on charging me. Terrible experience and staff completely unapologetic. Go to Norman's cleaners down the street instead.
Want to see and learn about the history of money this is the place to go. Lots of cool stuff to see. You even leave with a bag of shredded money as a souvenir!

This is a small bank with a national presence. We were lured to move to Ameris as they were reaching out in the local community. However, we are probably moving our nonprofit money to another bank due to lack of customer service. Ie) when we stood outside at 8:45 am until the bank opened, when they finally opened the doors just after 9 am, they acted disinterested in helping us. And they could not resolve online banking issues with smartphones. They merely handed us a phone number.
