The level of detail in his appraisal demonstrated his commitment to his field of study, and after receiving this appraisal (in addition to a home inspection, but that's for another review), I felt comfortable enough putting an offer in on the house. I sent an inquiry about a property I found online. I chose Domo because of their Facebook profile and they seemed likely to be very involved and proactive. I had already dealt with a buyers agent where I was doing all the work. Erica contacted me the very next day and she seemed very friendly and professional. She informed me that the property I was interested in wad already under contract and then got a lot of info from me about what I was looking for. She then told me that I would be hearing from her very soon. That wad the last time I heard from Erica. I guess since I only had between $100,000-$110,000 it wasn't a big enough commission? Who knows since I wasn't worth a second call.
