Easy to get in and out for an oil change. But not knowing a lot about cars I feel that they try to upgrade you into something your car does not need. The lady did a good job explaining it to me but I later found out I did not need to change my air filter just yet.

Quick, courteous service and a decent, clean waiting room. Not 5 starts because I always feel like they're trying to upsell, but otherwise good.
Express oil is fast and efficient for routine service. Also offers discounts on a regular basis to save you money.
This location forgot to put my air filter back in the car after cleaning. Noticed the issue later that day, but as I was traveling, could not return immediately. Did very little to address the situation.

Fair, Honest and Dependable Service with out the heavy add on sales pitch. They lay out your options, listen to your concerns and do a quality job. Worth the drive to have them at the Clairmont location work on your vehicle wherever you are in Atlanta.
STAY AWAY !!! My wife took the car her for an oil change on April 16, 2013. They charged her $44.00 for an oil change, $61.00 for a cabin air filter (That cost $12.00), $27.00 for an air filter (That cost $8.50). This CROOKED place will never service any of my 5 cars again. If this pitiful company stooped so low as to take advantage of a woman that isn’t familiar with auto services, just to make a buck, its ridicules. If you need an Oil change you would be better off going to Sears, Walmart or anywhere else…..Just Stay Away from any Jiffy Lube.
This is a rip-off. This company must have changed hands because I use to go there for years and got the best of service. I had a slow leak in the two front tires. They charged me $20.00 each ($40.00) to fix them and refused to give me a receipt.When I went home my son told me i could have bought a can of FIX-A-FLAT for $7.00 and accomplished the same thing. nice way to treat senior citizens.I am spreading the news.
