Horrible company. We were forced to use them by our condo building. Expensive, crappy service and they make you buy the boxes at $100 a piece and the boxes do not transfer. They said just return the boxes (no credit). I told them they will be in the trash can.
The pricing is not bad, but the service does not work like they claim it does. Calls forwarded to a cellular line often times do not go through. It is not a user friendly system either. Lastly, they will not refund, prorate or credit any of your prepaid funds in the event that you cancel service. On a positive note, the customer service and tech support are great.

Cover Networks has provided the internet and TV services in our condo for approximately five years now. The Dish Network service is horrible. This system locks up on a regular basis for the entire building. We lose channels and have to rescan to reacquire a signal. Channels freeze intermittently. HD signals come and go. Customer service is slow to respond. And don't even try to call customer service on the weekends.
