Worst shopping experience ever. If I could give no stars, I would. I was told that I could return an item on my initial day of purchase from my sales rep and the store manager. Within 48hrs of my delivery, I requested a return and refund but was told by customer service that Rooms To Go does not do refunds and that I should contact the store directly. I eventually had to take it upon myself to go up to the store because I was receiving a lot of run around. The back and forth continued at the store, and my sales rep continued to make up lies to attempt to cover her mistake. After finally getting the manager to agree to a return based off our previous conversation, my item was scheduled for pickup and refund. My item was picked up two weeks ago now and I still have not received my refund for the returned item despite the store continuing to tell me that they are going to process it. The back and forth with this location is ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone visit this store. They have taken the expensive rug and are taking their sweet time refunding me

Every negative comment you may read about this company is absolutely true. I financed a Kirby Vacuum in 2015 for $1000. I didn't even need too, could have paid cash, but was trying to build up my credit because I had no credit at the time. So, in an effort to not accrue a lot of finance charges, I paid them 3 payments of $383 a month in Less than 6 months - total $1149, in order to pay them off (they actually owe me money) . We are now in 2017. Tell me why they are still pursuing me for more money - over $ 300.00. WTW? !! ...they refuse to give me my "PaidOut" Statement after inquiring many times. Currently pursuing legally.

I don't know about the quality of their furniture. I was supposed to get my sectional on August 7, 2017 and the estimated time of delivery was 8:00AM to 10:00AM. I had waited but I got a call from them at 10:30 AM that the delivery truck cannot come because its battery is down. So, I rescheduled my delivery to August 11, 2017 from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. I told them that my moving truck will leave to California on August 11, 2017 at 10:00AM and they made sure that the sectional will be delivered before then. The delivery didn't come. They didn't pick up the phone call. It is important not to break the promise with customers. It is so frustrating that I had to wait for the sectional that will not be delivered. I don't know if the Huff furniture will deliver the sectional to my new place in California or not.

I had an outstanding experience with Stillman at Ashley's. He's knowledgeable professional and curtious. I would definitely recommend him and this location to help anyone looking for furniture

Habitat for humanity is a wonderful organisation to follow and volunteers are absolutely wonderful people.

I went to pick up a dinette set the employee wasn't helpful at all and when I had I problem with the set they were very rude and I got hung up on I am so disappointed with the service and the fact that they don't stand behind the products at all.

I went in needing a large 20 or 30 quart stainless mixing bowl, and walked out with several essential pastry baking tools. Now, I buy used, and lots of consumer things, like pie tins, etc from goodwill, but, some large and specialty/commercial items are needed. The service was not only friendly, it was outstanding. Everyone showed me where the items were, and checkout was a breeze - much, much faster than the big box stores that take 30 mins minimum to check out. My total came to a reasonable $56, and that was for about 15 items, I see the high end stores in the mall selling one or two items of less quality at that price. Will I be back? Yes, maybe not daily because I have what I need now, and it is a bit of a drive, but, their service, prices, and selection won me over.

I love This Store.. They have the best price in town, huge variety of selection, good customer service, delivery is well expected. I love my furniture and I will go back again for sure.

Fixed a leak from the back of my refrigerator which we thought we had stopped after moving the refrigerator to paint.Woke up on the morning of the 26th and found a lake on my kitchen floor. Since it was a Saturday, I was not hopeful in finding a repair person. But I went to Angie’s List, found AAA Appliance Service and repair, and the rest is pure heaven. Willie answered the phone himself, told me he had another call but would be out to us next. In about 90 minutes he called, said he was on the way and arrived. In less than an hour he had located the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and was gone. If you had ratings of A+++++, Willie would get it. He was extremely professional, polite, and has a great sense of humor. His company is now in my favorites list, his card on the refrigerator and his name and number will be given to all my friends.

I love this place,they have all kind of appliances,Washers,Dryers,Dish washers,Stoves, microwave,ovens...they have a good product and a low price ..the have also scratch and dent appliances where you will save a lot of money...Thanks you Ez appliances !
