DON'T USE UPS!!!. I ordered some merchandise and used my PO Box number. At that point i din't know who the shipping company was going to be. Because i live in the woods Ups can't get to my house. Ups accepted a package for me knowing that there was a problem with address. Ups doesn't have the ability to delver to the post office like FedEx does. Its unethical for Ups to pick up packages knowing there is a problem with the address without bringing it to the attention of the shipper before or after they accept packages. To compound the problem Ups decided on their own to use a residential address for me without confirming it was a good address. If Ups had held the package for me at the local station there would have been no problem. When i called Ups to find out what happen to my package the call was answered by someone outside the United States who could not transfer my call to a Ups agent in USA. Your constitutional rights are not protected outside the USA. No matter how many times i called the Ups toll free number the call was alway answered by someone outside the USA. The results where even worse when i called the local station. The supervisor i talked to told my it was my fault for using a PO Box. If it been my choice It wouldn't have been Ups needless to say i had some choice words for her.It doesn't seem like a good business model to deliver packages to the wrong address when you could potential have to pay out a lot in claims. Too bad Ups is no longer interested in providing adequate customer service. People who are receiving packages are usually the ones paying for the shipping to begin with. If your also tried of getting bad service from Ups then tell the merchants you use that you don't want them to ship your package with Ups!!! As consumers we have the power and right to choose!!!Don't worry there is an alternative...FedEx uses Walgreen now for drop off and package pick-up....Which gives them a much wider range of locations than even Ups
This company had an item I ordered on eBay. It has been sitting in Atlanta waiting on delivery to the USPS for days, but no movement on the package whatsoever. I've tried calling the local number to Bestway (should be renamed Worstway) several times, but nobody answers and there is no way to leave a message. Please avoid using this company if at all possible.
Packaged there, never shipped as tracking indicated. Likely stolen because the shipper knew well it was a cell phone. So much for honesty, integrity or remotely representing the UPS brand yet UPS provides no support. Nodoy seems to care. Pathetic.
It is now 8/25/17 - my package stopped Tracking at one of their Sorting Facilities in Springfield, MA, on 8/17/17, over a week ago - the destination of this package is another town in MA - USPS hasn't even received it I first inquired with the site from which I ordered the item and they said gaps in Tracking while at Sorting Facilities are "to be expected" - over a week with no tracking while its sitting in the same state its supposed to be delivered to is absurd - I keep pressing for them to inquire for updated status with BestWay but so far the seller has yet to do thisi did manage to find a phone # for BestWay online (404) 788-7864 - it appeared to be a cell # - the Representative who answered gave me an email address for Andy Webber, Senior VP of Operations, Best Way Parcel: firstname.lastname@example.org - hopefully, he will respond I ordered a 2nd package from same website also shipped by Best Way (unfortunately) - while this package has continually tracked, its taken a journey similar to what Pony Express Routes mustve looked like - its really absurd but Im still hanging in there as long as it continues tracking and doesn't go beyond the latest arrival dategood luck with this company - hopefully the email address or phone # will be helpful - to be fair, Im not rating for Professionalism yet - have to give Webber a chance to respond, I only just emailed todaynext time, I'll pay shipping upcharge or just order from another website that doesn't use Best Way - lesson learned
They have had my parcel at their Atlanta location for a week and not turned it over to USPS for delivery. They need a name change, how about "Piss Poor Service".
I never seen such a lousy, incompetent ineffective delivery service. On March 30, 2017, at 5:43 pm my package arrived at Bestway parcel services in Atlanta Ga. The package was destined for Warner Robins Ga, about 100 miles away. It took Bestway three days, March 30, 31, and April 1 to reach the USPS, in Warner Robins Ga, arriving on on April 3, 2017, 3:12pm . If this were the day of the mail moving by Pony Express, it would be somewhat understandable. I hope the next time I order something the shipper DOES NOT use Bestway Parcel Services.
I used 2 day shipping from Amazon as a Prime member for many years. Until recently I had an incident when UPS driver lied and stated I authorized for them to ship my package to nearest access point! Not True! Called customer service rep and explained that I wanted them to pick up my package and redirect it back to the address. At first they stated yes, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor named Lorenzo apparently his first name, did not want to give me his last name, he stated that he can't guarentee of sameday shipment, instead it will take 3 business days! I asked for the managers email and he told me Richard Jammison @UPS! They did not know how to spell his name? So I chose the next day to pickup package and was told to park in the front even though there was parking that u had to pay for. The Clean Dog company said to me if you park upfront real quick just to pick up package it would not be a problem. LIES!!! SCAM with UPS & access pt!
Trying to locate an item that fell out of a damaged package. A report was filed and the case # is CA128497670. The item is a Bible with the name JOSH EISENHOWER engraved on the outside and written on the inside. PLEASE HELP !!!! This is an expensive Bible and was bought for Christmas 2015. Package was sent from CA to AR.
