This place doesn't even deserve one star -- AWFUL!! To begin with, it's a hole in the wall not even large enough for 2 people to stand inside, I had to step outside to talk to the owner about a replacement belt for my vacuum. The owners are Asian and barely speak English. I showed him the part I was looking for (with even the model #), and he kept trying to sell me a completely different belt -- different number, different size, completely wrong. When I questioned him and said it looked nothing like the belt I was replacing, he got ugly, practically pushed me out the door, and said ""OK you go nother store, not buy here!"" So I DID -- I will NEVER patronize this place again. Plus, everything in the place is covered with dust, including new parts and vacuums they're trying to sell. I am amazed how they stay in business. I'm all for giving immigrants a chance to become a success in America, but these people need to learn some manners!!! That is NO way to treat customers.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experience. This husband and wife team is extremely rude and I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in the service industry, let alone the shoe repair business. I chose this place because it was convenient, boy, was that a mistake. I went in on a Sunday and the husband was working alone and although they weren't open, he was nice and took care of me and told me to come back on a day to pick them up. Well, the husband never gave me a service ticket and when I returned the wife YELLED at me and told me it was my fault. She literally was yelling at me about the ticket and about how the ticket tells her what day the shoes are ready. I have never been YELLED at by ANY business owner. On top of that, the credit card machine was ""broken"" and I had to scurry to go and find cash to pay for my over priced shoe fix. I have gotten similar repairs at other places for half the cost. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back and I suggest you stay AWAY!

I was charged $25 to repair the heel of one (1) high heel shoe, which needed a rubber tip on the end.
First my shoe was lost for several days (""please come back in 20 mintues"") and then when i challenged the price suddenly no one could speak english
