Title Loans

On 4/7/2016 went into 205 Moreland Ave. . We were advised previously that all that was owed on the accounts was ***and ** The young man pulls up the account and prosiest to call some on the phone and ask them "do I need to add anything to these accounts, the balance is ** and **"? The lady on the phone who at this time I didn't know who he was speaking with prosiest to tell him to add 100.00 on each account. I asked what do I owe you 200.00 for? She says you can pay my fees or you wont get you title. She also tells me that the vehicles are theirs and began to threaten me with a warrant. I than ask for a ledger to be printed. They both informed me that no ledger can be printed. I kept asking who the lady who they said she is collection. She ask the young man to call her on FaceTime. So she can see the screen he was looking at and ask to see me. He let her. I had to pay 200 to some one I don't know and now she wants to see my face on FaceTime. I fear for my safety and still no proof.
