Overall

I will start by saying that I have received THE WORST customer service from each member of the staff including the owner that I have spoken with while I was visiting this salon. After looking at the Instagram page and being referred by a friend to see David I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for the following day with David, being reassured that my appointment was made for 7pm the next evening with David by the receptionist I was looking forward to getting my nails done. I arrive early to my appointment, when I walk in the salon I stop at the front desk and let them know that I have an appointment with David and that I'm gonna wait until he's ready to take me, well the guy just looks at me and says "you do not have a appointment with David" I told him that I called and they told me that I was down with him so I do not understand where the confusion is coming from ( the whole point of me switching to the place was to see DAVID), well he just looked at me and walked away, left me standing at the desk alone looking confused. I asked to speak to David (who is the owner) but he didn't seem to be concerned with the problem at hand...after explaining what happened he didn't have much to say he just looked at me and said well I've been booked for weeks so you have to call in advance....then again without assisting to help the situation or consoling me he just walks away from me (I guess that's what they do there) apparently only three people at that salon can do what I was asking for on my nails so when I asked yet another nail technician to check who they put my appointment with and was that person just as good as David or the other two people they said were great with designs, he said that Chris was to do my nails and NO he doesn't do designs....so at this point I was livid NOT only did they screw up my appointment but they had me down with an inexperienced technician and no one seem to care about accommodating me for the in convenience,

Chris himself actually said that he was in capable of doing what I wanted so I asked if he could just let me know when the next available appointment for David is, Chris grabs the appointment book and says he has Sunday at...so I say I'm going out of town can you tell me the first appointment for Monday, well Chris stands up and YELLS at me " you said NEXT available !!!" I was just mortified after that, I have NEVER in my life been yelled at by someone who was suppose to be serving me.....I hated how the people at this "Nail Boutique" treated me, it was disgusting I would not dear step one foot into that place EVER again neither will I refer any one! I also believe they only have high ratings because they offer discounts for giving reviews. Worst nail salon ever.

Overall
No Point In Making An Appointment

They take forever, I made an appointment and waited 45 mins still, they didn't even apologize for it. Completely rude.
