WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! SCAM ARTISTS & SNAKES

This place is horrible! At one time it was a trust worthy place to get your vehicle serviced. Not anymore! Nicole, Kim and Andy Phillips, to name a few are some of the worst people in the automotive industry. I have already filed complaints through dealerrater and the BBB and have made some contacts to Atlanta media outlets to have some investigating done. Will sell services that you either don't need or you will need after there technicians purposely break things. This place needs some new ownership and some new managers and advisors. These people are horrible and disrespectful. Beware if you are a woman or senior citizen...they will screw you every chance they get. BOYCOTT SANDY SPRINGS TOYOTA!!!

After reading some reviews, I think there are a lot of naive people that bring their vehicles in and are not really sure what is ACTUALLY GOING ON! Do yourself, your sanity and your bank account a favor and DON'T GO HERE!

Sandy Springs Scion, a great deal!

If you are trying to find a brand new car in Atlanta, GA, you should go to Sandy Springs Scion. The dealership gave me every little thing I was looking for in an auto so I walked away happy. The dealership has a warm and inviting atmosphere also as expert opinions to help you figure out what the very best car for you is. I chose Scion specifically so I could get a fun and trendy car with a lot of options. It was a fantastic choice. I went to Sandy Springs Scion Atlanta GA and got a fantastic deal.

love our prius we bought from sandy springs Toyota. We got tired of spending our money on gas......so we shopped around and we bought a prius over other makes we were looking at because of Toyotas reputation and prius technology......but we are stiil getting use to the silent motor and power is just ok when we pull out on a busy road but love prius and dealer was great!!!

A Character Building Day

This review pertains to the service department exclusively.

My Corolla was recalled last fall. I contacted the service department and an employee by the name of Kim assured me the part was in stock and he could fix my car that day. I took the car in, reminded Kim of what I needed and waited in the lobby for about 2 hours. After that time lapsed, Kim informed me that I needed $800 worth of work on my car. I stated that I could not afford that at this time and was only interested in the recall. He stated that I owed $50 for a diagnostic test. I conveyed my confusion, as I was only there for the free recall. He then told me that they did not even have the recalled part. I was stunned considering I had been so clear regarding my needs. He insisted I pay the $50 and when I calmly questioned this he handed my paperwork to someone else and said ""here, deal with her."" I ended up having to speak with the head manager. The manager was the only redeeming part of the whole experience. He did empathize with me and waive the diagnostic fee. I just want to post this to prevent anyone else from having such a trying experience. I would advise you to avoid working with Kim if possible.

Nicole Delaigle

I have driven Toyotas for the past 12 years & I have always had them serviced at the dealership. I make a point of making a personal rapport with my service manager. The service manager that has helped me out the most is Nicole DeLaigle. She is very thorough and an honest service manager that i have come across. I never feel pressured into any unnecessary service. She ensures that my Camry is always running right and I have never had to bring my car back once she takes care of the service for that period (3000 mile checkup, my preference).
Nicole goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with my service. She knows me by my name and is always asked about my family and knows that i adore my neices and love to go home to NY every chance i get. My point here is that Nicole is more that just a service manager for me. She is someone I trust and respect very highly. She takes the time to get to know her customers on a personal level.
She is an outstanding service manager, and I would definitely buy another Toyota in the near future.

Nicole DeLaigle

I have driven Toyotas for the last 17 years & I have always had them serviced at the dealership. I make a point of making a personal connection with my service manager. Some have been good & some not so much, but none of them can even come close to Nicole DeLaigle. There is no one else in the city that I would want to work with for my 2006 4Runner.

Nicole is the most thorough & honest service manager I have ever worked with. I never feel pressured into unnecessary service. She makes sure my 4Runner is always running right & I have never had to bring my truck in for service outside of the normal 5,000 mile checkups.

And while I only see her every 5,000 miles, she remembers my name. She knows that my wife is pregnant. She knows that my dog is crazy. And she knows where I grew up. My point is that Nicole is more than just a Service Manager, she takes the time to get to know her customers on a personal level.

In an industry where people believe that dealership service departments are only out there to fleece the customer, Nicole blows that theory out of the water. I would not only recommend her to anyone who owns a Toyota, she is a big reason why I would buy another Toyota.

Mrs. Nicole DeLaigle

to whom it may concern, Mrs. DeLaigle is the most proficient and business acclimated person in your service department. She always tell you exactly what type of service your vehicle needs and never suggest a service that is not needed at that particular time. She is always on top of her job by letting you know when you need to return for your scheduled maintenance and everything you need to keep your vehicle up and running as it should. In my opinion, she deserves a job upgrade from Assist. Mgr. to the next highest level. Sandy Springs Toyota could use a lot more like her in you service dept. She is very people oriented, she greets everyone with a smile along with an awesome attitude. Kudos to Nicole, keep up the fantastic work.

2003 Toyota Land Cruiser Service

Danny Pistillo (Service manager) has been upfront and honest with me since day 1. It's not all that convenient for me to get out there sometimes, but it's worth it knowing that my cars will be service properly and my questions will be answered.

Danny is very professional, friendly and personal.

I strongly recommend him and his dealership!!!!

Excellent Service and Personnel

I have been having cars serviced at Sandy Springs Toyota since my wife and I purchased them there in 2006. It is a pleasure having Nicole De'Laigle handle the service and maintenance. She not only knows the cars, she can explain them in understandable terms.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been a Toyota owner for years and have good success with service. Several years ago I found Nicole Delaigle as a service adviser that is second to none. I will follow her anywhere in this city to make sure my vehicles are properly taken care of.

She is one of the few that looks out for you the customer. Yes the service business is a business but Nicole brings you the options and puts it out on the table and allows you to make a educated decision if the work is to be done. She will coach and make recommendations but is it your call.

She treats all of her customers like family and in return I / we will always be her customer.

Excellent Service Every Time!

I have been a customer of Sandy Springs Toyota for a number of years, with my service being handled by Nicole De'Laigle. She's responsive, professional and friendly. And as one multi-tasking mom to another, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

When my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree right in the midst of the holidays this year, Nicole got my car in and out as quickly as possible - fixing all my problems with a smile - and providing a car for me to drive while mine was in the shop. Particularly important since my dad was in Intensive Care and I was needed on both sides of Atlanta at once!

Thanks, Nicole and Sandy Springs Toyota! I'm your customer for life!

the reason why i buy Toyotas

I actually look forward to routine service appointments at Sandy Springs Toyota.! The service department is staffed with friendly, efficient personnel. The waiting area is large, clean, and comfortable with toys and tv. The shuttle service is reliable and responsive. The work is superb.

Most of all, my service advisor makes me feel as if my car and I are important to her. NIcole DeLaigle advises me when to proceed or postpone a repair or service, oversees the work with real attention, and is a wonderful communicator throughout the process. She has become a friend over the past ten years..
Knowing I can trust Nicole keeps me buying Toyotas and coming back to Sandy Springs Toyota Service Dept.

Best Salesman is Todd Churco

I just helped my mother purchase a Sienna Limited 2010 from the Sandy Springs Toyota and Todd Churco was our salesman. He did an excellent job assisting us in selecting our car and he spent considerable time putting our deal together. He is truly professional, repectful, and a joy to work with. He even delivered the car to my Mother in Perry Ga. I will not hesitate to contact him again with any future car purchases I will have. Sincerely, D.Peterman

Once again, Sandy Springs Toyota Service Dept comes through

Every time I have the occasion to visit Sandy Springs Toyota, whether for scheduled maintenance or to address a service problem, Daniel Pistillo, my Service Manager, always does an outstanding job for me, and never, NEVER, takes advantage of the opportunity by charging me more than what is absolutely necessary to get the job done. If his team can fix it without replacing it, they do, and i can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

Thanks, Daniel!
