This was the worst experience. This doctor only wants MONEY. He is so rude. I actually walked out because I was afraid of how awful his attitude was. His staff was really nice though. I think they hate him by the way they were looking. He will try to do unnecessary work on your teeth. Stay away....

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Theron Jones and the experience was awesome. Dr. Jones was professional and polite. Also, the same applies for his staff. The xrays and teeth cleaning were painless and went smoothly. I have some issues with my teeth and Dr. Jones came up with many different ways for me to handle my situation. Most important, Dr. Jones asked me, ""Did I answer all your questions and concerns"". I didn't feel rushed or just a number. I recommend this dentist because I have seen many dentist in my forty something years and Dr. Jones is by far one of the best.

Theron Jones does NOT have nearest idea of what customer service is. He recently did work in on my teeth and the repair he did was flawed. The repair he did only lasted two days. I contacted him to give him a chance to rectify the issue, his response to me was that I had to PAY AGAIN to fix the defective repair I received just days earlier. He is extremely arrogant and does not know how to talk to customers. His employees are ok, however, his personal service is poor. I do not recommend this practice.

I was eagerly anticipating my visit to this dentist. I had a couple of problems and arrived with a positive mindset. I have seen dentists regularly for decades, so I know what to expect. I recently moved to Atlanta and decided to see Dr. Jones because his practice is close to my home. The office staff was cordial enough. X-rays were taken and I waited for the doctor. Dr. Jones arrived masked. He never said ""Hello"" or any other greeting. I did. He was not interested in establishing any kind of rapport with me. He jumped right in discussing the issues. This discussion came to an abrupt end, he said maybe my teeth needed cleaning, and he started watching the TV (CNN) in the room. I thought he must have a particular interest in the news story that was on at the moment, and I quite patiently waited for it to pass. It did. He kept watching. Now, I'm uncomfortable because I don't understand what is going on. Secretly, I begin to question his credentials, and then his work ethic. Finally, he tells me to stand up, we were going to get my teeth cleaned, which, apparently, was going to happen in another room. Which was fine with me, but how about a little communication while you are watching TV? The hygenist cleaned my teeth (did an excellent job!) and then became the dentist. She discussed the treatment options and costs with me. She scheduled my next cleaning and then led me to the check-out desk. Dr. Jones was there. He never said another word to me. Not even goodbye. I paid and left -- without the little kit that every dentist gives when you have your teeth cleaned even being offered. This is only the second negative review I have ever written. I am so upset that I used my x-ray insurance quota with a doctor that obviously was not in the least bit interested in having me as a patient. Perhaps the previous reviewer had an enhanced impression because her doctor- husband was there with her. I don't know. I just know Dr. Jones was very cavalier and dismissive. He may be a good dentist. I don't really know. But one thing is certain -- he needs to completely change his approach to patient relations. I don't know how he's managed to stay in business this long. Perhaps he has a lot of first time patients.

I am always scared when I go to the dentis,(ALWAYS) !!
My husband who is a doctor also WILL NOT GO WITH ME (because I cut up so bad)!!! He has even been requested to pre medicate me prior to my visits. (NOT FUNNY) He really took his time with me. This is the first time that I have has a visit like this. NO TEARS!!
Dr. Jones loves what he does, and is very up front with you. Some people may take it as being harsh, but issues with your teeth are very serious, most people do not seek a dentis until it is almost to late. It can also lead to other underling health problems. This is his job and he loves it.
I also love the location, so close to my home. Along with the fact that the staff is WONDERFUL! You do not feel like you just went through a Drive -Thru- Dentis!!
Keep up the Great Work!
