Bad experience, you get what you pay for. I scheduled an appointment with the "person in charge" the day before told him that I saw his company on half off depot, told him what I wanted on my vehicle, and spoke about a concrete cost. After dropping off my vehicle the next day the "person in charge" called me back and said because I didn't tell him it was a half off depot that he couldn't do it. I told him I already dropped off the vehicle and was gone. He decided to do the job but made sure I got an ear full of his disapproval before he took on the job. He obviously wasn't on site so I spoke to his secretary who also quoted me the same price for the extra tint. I went to pick up the car and after he did the job they tried to charge me $35 more than what I was quoted from 2 people (one of them being the owner). Of course, he wasn't there. The owner argued and yelled at me stating he needs to make the money back because half off depot charges him too much, and If I wanted such a great deal then I should have just come to him and not half off depot. I stated, that is not my problem that half off depot charges him too much, if he doesn't like it then he should not use half off depot's service. He spoke back to his secretary and told her to just charge me what I was quoted, but miraculously they will only take cash now. I confirmed with the secretary before I got the tint job done that they take credit, specifically Discover. It even states on their door front that they take all major credit cards. Now they would only take cash and would not release the key to me to go and pick up cash. My wife who is 38 weeks pregnant was also there and told the secretary they run a shady business and are only trying to take advantage of customers. The secretary screamed and cussed at my wife and I had to tell the secretary to stop, that my wife at this stage of her pregnancy does not need the stress. Also the tint job is mediocre, I have a large piece on the drivers side that wasn't put on proper so it is folded over onto the other tint. Save yourself the headache of a horrible run company. I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This shop has done over $700 o...

This shop has done over $2,000 of damage to my husband's car. We spent 5 weekends up there because after redoing the windows over and over again there were always hairs and bubbles under the tint. They cut through the weather stripping and made a mess of the car each time. The lady who works there told us " we havent done this kind of car before so we are learning as we go". My husband and I finally got fed up on the 4th trip and talked to Terrell and told him we wanted it all removed. He agreed and said he would give us the money back via a check in the mail for the damaged weather stripping. (Still no check.) However, when the installer went to remove the tint he destroyed the window defrosting lines on the rear windshield. My husband had an appointment with Terrell to discuss this today and he drove all the way up there from Newnan, and Terrell couldn't even be bothered to show. Guess we will be taking them to court. Stay FAR AWAY!

Don't go! Service is horrible

Made an appt to get windows tinted on my new CLS 550. First changed price they previously quoted the day before. Then, when I went to pay, charged me $2 to use credit card. Never said a word but 30 minutes before my car was done, she asked me was I paying with a credit card. Then after work was done, I was leaving a noticed in my rear view mirror 2 spots that were not covered by the brake light. I immediately stopped and brought to her attention. She spent 20 minutes telling me that it was normal in Mercedes CLS for that to happen. I informed her that should have been told ahead of time since it was a known condition. Then she got the gentleman that did the work. He said the same thing but only to add that I was the first customer to ever bring it up. If so then how did you know it was an issue. 2 days later my husband called and told him he was not satisfied with the job. He wanted the tint removed and a refund. She stated that they could not refund but would do everything to fix the problem. I made an appointment for Friday. An unforeseen medical issue came up. Early Saturday morning I called 844 am no answer. I get to the shop 905 am no one waiting no cars in stalls. She informs me she can't do repairs on Saturdays. I say I don't see anyone in here and I'm willing to wait. I know you are working me in. She said there was no way to fix the problem that day. What Roal treatment. I asked for the owners name and number and she refused. Please dont use this place, service is not their interest. Your money is!!!! They state they do a lot of work for Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. I'm sure they don't treat them this way. Another reason some of us have problems patronizing black businesses. We haven't learned customer service means customers first including those that have paid already.

Bait and Switch

I agree with the other threads. Customer service is terrible and the receptionist attempted to lecture me on common sense. They didn't honor the Living Social deal and attempted to upcharge everything. It was the typical bait and switch run-around.

These people are a joke

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...These people do not understand what customer service is...the receptionist (Brittany) has literally cursed me out over the phone (multiple times), has hung up in my face (multiple times), and has even threatened me if I do come seriously...The manager/owner is certainly no better. He has given me the run around when I told him of my unpleasant experience, and dissatisfaction with the work that his technicians completed. The shop will not honor the 2 year warranty that comes with the window tint service, and when I asked to have the windows redone (as there are bubbles and the sheets were not cut properly; therefore they do not fit and there are portions of the windows that are not covered/tinted) I was told that there is a no refund policy, however they could redo the work. Of course, when I have made arrangements to go in and have the work redone, I am always told that there are no appointments available, or that someone will call me back (which of course never happens). I have read on another site where the owner has responded to a negative review saying that ""some people are just never satisfied"" response is you and your company have no concept of what it means to provide sub standard, let alone quality customer service. I'm not sure what your business model is, but you might want to revisit it."" I would never recommend anyone to spend a dime at this establishment.



The worst place in Atlanta to ...

The worst place in Atlanta to tint your CAR. The tint was done improperly and looks terrible. I have dried water spots between the tint an glass. When installing window tint they spray soap/water mix on the window to move the tint around and shape it, then use a squeegee to get excess water from between the tint an glass. This was done incorrectly causing water spots to appear between the tint and glass .The staff was most unhelpful and unprofessional, refusing to even book an appointent to fix their work only 1 week into the warranty. The lady hung up on me after calling me a b*tch for asking to have the tint removed.




TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The tint was done poorly and they refuse to uphold their warranty. When I asked for an apportiont to have it fixed I was hung up on after being called a b*tch.
