Absolutely do NOT rent from this group. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had BY FAR.



Ultimately, the office staff and the repair team made no efforts to remedy the situations they put us in; only after extensive demands for compensation and threats of legal action was any issue redressed.



The process for getting service to the house is ridiculously burdensome, and there were relentless problems from the utterly incompetent repair team who required three shots at any fix to get it right. The repair team actually CAUSED the water heater to burst TWICE after two consecutive improper installations. We went an entire week without hot water and several days without any water whatsoever as a result. After the carpet sat soaked for over 36 hours, RPMG refused to replace it. Only after I sent several nasty e-mails and talked to several different people was anything actually done. There was a parade of hoops to jump through for even the smallest issue. I had to miss classes and my boyfriend and roommate had to miss work to accommodate the never-ending repairs needed. The house we lived in for the last year had endless issues beyond the water heater (which was the most disastrous nightmare) involving the dishwasher, two separate toilets, the air conditioner (also a wretched nightmare), the garage door and many many other small things.



There is absolutely no reason why three roommates with excellent credit, an immaculate renter's history and infinite patience should have been treated as we were.
