Overall
great experiences so far

After not having dental insurance for a while, I finally made it back to the dentist and found Nanston. I have been twice now and had the completely opposite experience of the other reviewer. The staff have been professional, courteous, caring, and helpful. They do a good job of sternly telling you to floss etc. without making you feel terrible. Billing was without any problems so far. Hopefully they got whatever problems they had last year figured out.

And the office is gorgeous, too!

My one complaint is they have TVs in every room that show a loop of people's before and after teeth photos. Now they might be used to looking at gross teeth all day, but I didn't really like it. They should have pictures of oceans and mountains, something soothing instead of people's crooked teeth.

Horrible service, billing nightmares

"It's hard to believe that this company is still in business. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service I got.

I went there for a pain in one of the lower back tooth and they took films etc to find the problem. They said I need a filling on some other teeth as well. After several visits, guess what the original tooth that was aching was still untouched. I had to remind them that it was the one to be taken care of not the others. They were totally clueless.

Not to mention they had several incorrect charges in my bill. My insurance company has refused to pay the incorrect charges. I tried to refute the charges but they insisted that they did those procedures while my insurance company said it was a procedural error (They charged several items wice per visit, which were only supposed to be charged 1 per visit).

This company has a bad service and steals your money!. Stay away.!"
