When I dropped off my truck I was told that it would take a few days. It was diagnosted for a tranmission cylonoid malfunction, I had to prepay for the labor that was $600+, and a week later I was called and to it would be $2500+ at that time I said I would take it else where and then they told me they could try and work on the price, the next day I said no to the new price which was 1400+. Perry stated saying your going to waste the labor cost taking it somewhere else and I said yeah, then about an hour later I got a call from the so called owner Allen telling me that some parts where so badly damaged he couldn't just put it back together. I felt pressured and needed my truck so I went ahead and let them repair it. A month later I had my truck back. Not even a week later the light was on again for the same problem, they said they forgot to do a reset of the computer. Two days later the light was on again.... I had to leave my truck and six weeks later and more money out of my pocket for repairs and damages to my vehicle with missing parts inside and out it was returned to me with no reembursment or commensation for the damages. The next day after it's return the light is on again.... so I'm stuck driving my truck!
You people that say nice thigs are LYING!!!

Took my 2003 Cadillac Escalade in for transmission repair... Had a great conversation with the center manager and I decided to let them repair my vehicle. Got my car back in 3 business days and the transmission works better then ever!
I am extremely thrilled with the service I got and they gave me a great warranty to go with it. I will definitely be using them for any future repairs to any of my vehicles!
Great Staff... Great service! A++

Alan Polson (owner) is a con artist. He will quote you one price as an estimate. Then call you days later with a much higher one. He quoted me $998 just to call 5 days later with $5800. Then informed me when I said absolutely no that he had torn my transmission apart, thrown away the gaskets and now expected me to pay him an additional $400 for the parts he tossed out. Im out of pocket over $1000 and my car is in worse shape than when I took it to him. He also charged my credit card the $998 immediately and is trying to hold my car hostage for an additional sum over $1000 in cash. All for a car he has now ruined!!!
Beware. Check out Ripoff Report. He has done this to multiple people, unfortunately I found out to late. Dont let the same happen to you.
