The mechanic and service team is excellent. Very honest, does great work and quickly. He keeps it simple, never over sells and will tell you what you don't need to. Highly recommend them for any service.

My husband and I have been going to Midtown BP for years now. The mechanics are great at their jobs and are very trustworthy. We drive from paulding county to Atlanta to have our cars worked on. They will not rip you off. They warranty all their work. Never had a problem with any of the work performed on either of our vehicles. I have recommended this shop to all my friends and family. Great place!!
I just have to start by saying this is absolutely the best service I have ever had. My husband and I were headed to my doctor's appointment in Atlanta when all of a sudden our car stalled and would not crank. I called Midtown BP because I heard about it from a friend. The employees we're so nice and went out of thier way to come tow our car all the way to their shop. They are definitely the most genuine group of people. Above all, I made it to my appointment on time. Speedy workers! Definitley the place to go with vehicle problems. Affordable too!
This is the best place to go with car issues. These guys are very honest . I came in needing tires and within an hour I was leaving. I was afraid that being a female I would get told that i need this or i need that. But these guys were real honest with me and ony sold me the tires I needed. Thanks guys ............ I will be taking my car in the future with any problems that I have. :-)
I was with my boyfriend going to South Carolina but my car broke down! I didnt know what to do, but then I saw midtown BP. It said full auto services. I walked in and was treated by very friendly workers! The prices were even good! Midtown BP got me to my destination at South Carolina! Thank you so much.

Can't believe how awful these folks are. This business is unprofessional and have no clue to what customer service is. They seemed ""cordial"" at first, but once they got my car in they were horrendous. I won't be going back and I'm spreading the word ""Avoid this place at all costs.""
Had the worst experience here. Not only was I sold overpriced parts and labor, they had terrible customer service. I was at their mercy so didn't have any other choice. I didn't read the reviews, my car was already there and I was late for work. If I could do it all over again, I'd get towed somewhere else. Save yourself time, money and frustration - Go elsewhere.
first ive heard of this complaint....been in business for 18 plus years at this very location.i think next time you should talk to the owner to resolve an issue instead of bashing the business name.
they can maybe fix your tire, if you are desperate but don't do anything else. you've been warned. heard bad things about this place but when you're stuck it's as if there aren't any other options. remember this, you're never stuck. i'll never go back. these folks are rude, charge high prices and are happy to take your money but won't refund or resolve their shoddy repair work. Every single person that works there seems angry. STAY AWAY.
I THINK NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD ASK HOW MUCH A SAID SERVICE WILL COST BEFORE TELLING SOMEONE TO DO SAID REPAIR.BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME AND I HAVE PROBABLY 500 CUSOMERS TO THE SAID 1 THAT IS REALLY SATISFIED......SHOULD ALWAYS TALK TO THE OWNER INSTEAD OF BASHING A BUSINESS.

If you have the choice, and you do, take your car to the Pep Boys up the street on Piedmont or the Lindbergh Exxon. You wil undoubtedly get better service and a response should you have any issues with the work. My car broke down across the street and it seemed like a good idea to bring it here. I was wrong. From the minute they asked me where I lived and responded with ""them are some fancy homes there"" I was going to be fleeced. I'm a female, car is 2005. They replaced my alternator and battery. $485. One month later on a Sunday night, the battery is dead and car won't start after multiple efforts. AAA to the rescue with new battery. Tried to return the original one because it was under warranty. I phoned before I came and was given the run around, they can't do anything, wait for Bo the Owner. Finally I speak to Bo the next day and before I can tell him the issue he cuts me off and tells me their policy. I head to the station and the indignant owner won't let me speak, won't take my battery and won't listen to my story. How can they fix the problem when they don't want to hear what's wrong? They are eager to sell services and parts but will not help you after that.
