I was quick on my decision to purchase another Corvette (this is my fifth one!) and they found exactly what I was looking for. Reggie had previously been my Sales Consultant at Tom Jumper, so I stayed with him when he came to Jim Ellis. Great service, quick turnaround, and altogether a wonderful experience.

Best Place to buy a vehicle i have bought several from Jim Ellis and my family has ONLY bought from Jim Ellis. If you want quality service with a quality staff this is where you will buy!
*If you want to be treated like VIP see Kalo Brantley, he will make sure to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. He has sold several vehicles to my clients and they ALL love him!!!!**

Your dealership and Reggie are very pleasant to deal with. Also met with your service manager, David. You have an excellent team of knowledgeable people that makes for a great car buying experience. I would never hesitate in sending referrals your way. As a matter of fact I have already sent a number of them to Reggie. You have a great dealership!! Regards, Alvin Jones""

""Three (3) words or rather 1 name, Vladimir! Vladimir! Vladimir! He is the best! Clone him. He takes care of me as a customer & he takes care of my car. Over the 3 years, I feel like I am at the right place at the right time getting my car serviced. He demonstates how customers expect & want to be treated. He is smart, knowledgeble, efficient, courteous, patient, and delivers the results through the service center with good communication. I drove my car on a 2 hr trip and could feel the difference in how it drove. There is a level of comfort & satisfaction having your car fixed, taken care of, and working properly. (Oil change, tire rotation, brake light replaced, keys fixed, & speed odometer fixed) Thank You Again, P.S. Recently at a gas pump, a mother & her daughter in a BMW asked how I liked my Mailbu. I said, ""I loved it""! She & her mom had just taken a test drive @ Jim Ellis in a Malibu. I had a 10 minute conversation answering their questions about why I liked my car. I remember telling them how great you guys at Jim Ellis are. They will take care of you & you will be in good hands. My Malibu purchase was the best car experience ever.--Chip Ayers""

""Jason did a great job of helping me find the exact truck I needed. As a matter of fact, he is the first truck salesperson I have ever worked with that understood what a truck needs to effectively pull a trailer. Other salespeople would simply say you need the towing package. Jason started out by stating we needed to make sure the truck had the correct rear end ratio for towing. He is the first salesperson I have worked with that even mentioned gear ratios. It is clear Jason knows his product and he did a great job of explaining my truck to me. He also followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying the truck and asking if I had any new questions. I am very pleased with the service your dealership provided and especially the service provided by Jason. I have, and will continue, to recommend your dealership to others. Thank you.--Logan Butler""

My family has bought 7 cars from you over the years. We have always been very satisfied with your service and the good deals you offer. You've only been beat on price one time over the years, and looking back I would have paid the $400.00 more to buy from you rather than Bill Heard (now out of business). Very satisfied with our purchase. As long as you keep offering the products we want at the best price, we will buy all our cars from you.-Andrew Stuart

My wife and I really love our new truck. Sure its a lot like our Tahoe we traded in, but it is a lot more upscale. It is much more luxurious, quiet and more powerful. Thanks to everyone at Jim Ellis, Jeff Waugh, Mark Shaw, the GM, and you for all your help in making it smooth and easy. I've said it before, but I am a repeat Jim Ellis customer. Looking forward to getting a new Camaro soon. Thanks again,

The process went very smooth. I learned alot talking with Bob worthington. He explained everything down to the simplest form. He stayed in contact with me and made me very comfortable. It was the total opposite of what I expected. I never felt rushed or like he was trying to hustle me. Thanks--Deidre Somdah""
I as completely dissatisfied by the service. I came into the dealership on Thursday, March 24th. My mother was looking for a Lexus RX350 and I saw a fantastic vehicle on Autotrader. I came into the dealership and was helped by Kalo Brantley and David McBride who are sales consultants at the dealership. I saw the car and advised Kalo Brantley that I was looking for a Lexus for my mother. I loved the car and had my mother fill out a credit application online. Kalo Brantley had me wait for over an hour while they check my mother’s credit and talked to her regarding other pertinent information. After waiting over an hour, I was advised that the credit person had left for the day. I was told by Kalo that he would contact me tomorrow on Friday March 25th to confirm that everything was approved. I along with my mother advised Kalo Brantley that my mother was 2 hours away in Columbus and that she was coming up on Friday to purchase the vehicle. On Friday, we did not receive a call and after my mother came up, we called Kalo. Kalso advised that they were really busy and that they had a large sale and was crowded. Kalo advised me that the he was still waiting on the credit approval person there to review my mother’s file and call me back. Kalo said he would call me back one the loan was approved. I did not hear from Kalo again at all Friday. I then called on Saturday and spoke to the internet sales consultant David McBride. He apologized saying he thought that Kalo was going to call me back. I advised that he never did. David McBride said he would call me back Saturday by end of business day and that he would have the loan person for Jim Ellis Chevrolet call my or my mother back.
No one ever called us back on Saturday. On Sunday, we went to look for another Lexus and my mother found a 2008 Lexus and purchased the vehicle the same day.
It was not until Monday did Kalo Brantley contact us asking if we were still interested in the Lexus RX350. We applied for a loan on the vehicle on Thursday March 24th. This was the worse service I have ever experienced. Kalo Brantley and David McBride was told that we wanted to buy the Lexus and that my mother was driving over 2 hours to come and pick up the vehicle. Not only did they not call like they said they would, but they placed blame on each other from David McBride saying Kalo Brantley was supposed to call me back to Kalo Brantley saying he was really busy and had a lot of people at the dealership to blaming the loan person as being too busy or leaving early for the day.
We committed to purchasing the Lexus and Kalo was telling us he would call us back but never did or how busy they were. We had filed out all the paperwork and was waiting for a response on approval but never received it. The customer service of Kalo Brantley and David McBride was horrible. Not only did it disappoint me but also disappointed my mother who drove up to Atlanta to purchase the vehicle. These two people who are in sales should find another job because they provided such horrific customer service. They lost a sale for the Lexus and also lost a customer to any Jim Ellis dealership. Not only did they lose the sale, and business but I will let everyone know how terrible the service is and how horrible we were treated.
