Jacksons Landing

I did not receive my $100 holding fee back eventhough I notified them within 24 hours of the time that I found out I was approved for the apartment, but I had to back out of the deal. They refused to return my $100 and when I attempted to inquire as to why, they became very angry and rude. How dare I request my money back, they said. When I would call back to attempt to talk to the manager, Mandy Greenway, this particular clerk would hang up on me. So childish and rude. I attempted to have an adult conversation, but was quickly interrupted with loud talking nonsense. Don't consider renting from Jackson Landing. The office staff seems in the beginning to be helpful and nice, but very soon they are very rude, do not return your phone calls, and they lie. They are rude, unprofessional and ignorant. Don't let them deceive you, they're scam artists.



I had the worst experience applying for an apartment, and don't want anyone else to go through it.



The area is very bad and you risk your life renting an apartment from there.



IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!
