The food is about the same as Houston's, the decor is the same, but the prices have jumped. The Prime Rib once included a salad. Now that's gone, and so is the Prime Rib except on the weekend. I like the food and the service but their management is not very friendly to their food budget. Their pricing needs to be more in line with their quality. They are cutting corners and it shows. Their full bar is also pricy but you can still eat dinner at the bar. My favorite is still the Rara Prime Rib but it should be available every night. Wise up . Mr.Manager. 3Stars only but with a little effort it could jump to 4. ChefLars

My husband and I visited J Christophers (in Dunwoody, Ga) for the first time with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren on Father's Day 2008. When we arrived at the restuarant, they were super busy (given this was Father's Day) and I thought this is going to take forever. I phoned my son and told him what it looked like and he also was surprised that they were that busy. I told him I would check to see how long of a wait we would have. The greeter advised it would only be a 5 - 10 minute wait but they could not seat us until everyone in our party was there. As soon as I saw my son and his family drive up, I told the greeter and it was maybe a matter of 10 minutes that we had to wait. But, let me tell you it was worth the wait. The food was delicious, the service was great and my son and I both agreed it will definitely be a restuarant that we will visit again. Another thing that impressed me was that they prepared our grandchildrens' food first. That always makes for a pleasant visit. I really can't praise them enough. I will be telling all our friends about JChristopher.

We ate here for the first time today and it was great! The blueberry crunch pancakes were super good, and the omelet was cheesy and decently sized (it's not SUPER huge, though). Our waiter was also really attentive and friendly. Watch out for after-church crowds on Sundays, but we got in before they did and only had to wait 5 minutes.
