We had such a horrific experience with Dr. Kearns’ office that I don’t even know where to begin. All I want to say is please reconsider going elsewhere. I took my baby sister here to get her braces done and she came out of their office in tears one day. And that was the last day I was going to put her through it. I wished I would have done much more research before selecting Dr. Kearns to work on her.

After switching to a professional orthodontist, my sister is in much better shape now. The new orthodontist cut off the wires that were stabbing the back of her mouth – to which Dr. Kearns said she cannot cut it any shorter. It took the new orthodontist less than a minute to snip the wires! Dr. Kearns clearly is under qualified to do orthodontics work and so are her staffs.

I have so much more that I can say about this horrible office, but I will not leave a long spill because my main objective here is for potential clients to read this review. I hope I have convinced you guys to do the proper research before going to this dentist office.

The photo below shows how incompetent her and her staffs were - causing my sister's skin to peel off within one visit.

My experience with Intown Dental started off great. The staff was friendly, the dental assistants were accommodating and Dr. Patel did a great job with my cleanings and filling my cavity.

My experience with Intown Dental went downhill when I was referred to an endodontists for a root canal. It was already a big inconvenience to research the best Endodontist that my insurance covered, but I also had to base my research on finding one that was available asap to do my procedure. When I visited the endodontist, I was informed that Dr. Patel left decay in my tooth. Not good! I am currently in search of a new dentist.

I recently had several appointments with Dr. Janet Kearns at Intown Dental Center. Their office staff is very friendly and professional, and they seem to stay on schedule which I appreciated! They have the latest equipment, and did a great job evaluating my gum recession and convincing me the importance of flossing and other routine maintenance. I do not enjoy going to the Dentist--but they made it as relaxing and quick as possible. They also communicate very well, with appointment reminders via text and phone.
