Passing thru town didn't even mean to stop, the car lot looked like a candy store all sorts of varieties. Stopped and took a peep where I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Tim, grate in house financing options i was able to to drive off with a car of my choice

Don’t purchase a car from these people, base on my personal experience. I purchased a car with a lot of problems once I drove it off the lot. They repaired one of the many problems. On the others, they refuse to communicate, because they have made a need sale. There is no service after the sale of a car, they just refused to answer the phone and send the calls to a recorded message. On 13 occasions to return my call, management did nothing.

I drove from Nashville, TN and I could not be more pleased with my experience. They worked with me on price and my trade in. They were the only place within 250 miles that had the car I wanted. If you see a car you like, you better move fast because the place is hopping!

After making several internet inquiries with Dealerships. Igor was the first to respond back within 24hrs. I made an appt with him and was unable to keep it, however, he followed up with me the next day. Once I made it to Gravity Auto Roswell, after visiting two dealerships previously, I was in and out, driving off in my new car within 2 hrs. I had a pleasant experience. Igor answered all of my questions, gave detailed explanations, provided good customer service and checked on us during the entire process. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Diego and Mike made my purchase of a 2010 Lexus IS350C a great experience. They were very professional, and worked to accommodate my requests for information and specific model features. I was able to purchase an auto that would have been difficult to find in my hometown of Huntsville, AL at a very reasonable price. Gravity Autos Sandy Springs is the place to buy a Car; hands down! There is reason to look anywhere else. Sounds crazy, but despite being a longtime customer, I searched around, compared prices and still found the absolute best price at peach Roswell.

Gravity Autos Sandy Springs is unlike any other car dealer I have dealt with. The atmosphere at the dealership is professional but relaxed; the associates were courteous; and our conversation never deviated from my specific interest in one vehicle. The test drive confirmed my preference, but I had qualms about the vehicle's color. Still no pressure; not even a subtle reminder that another buyer might beat me to it! I talked down the price and received an "out the door" quote that was quite competitive. Even then, I hesitated but promised to come back the next day. On my second visit I was allowed to borrow the vehicle for most of the day so I could show it to my wife. Spousal approval removed any lingering doubts. Back at the dealers I was offered a very low interest rate to finance the purchase. Undoubtedly, my excellent credit score helped, but not even my credit union had come close. The two associates--Victoria Thompson and Natalie Tenpenny--who worked with me throughout the decision making process were unfailingly polite and amicable. Even, Mike Segarra, the manager who closed the deal was direct but accommodatingly friendly.The process lasted a couple of days--I visited other dealers before and during--but the reception and quality of customer service at Gravity was exceptional.

I am new to the car buying process and hardly knew where to start. I had looked around at some other dealers but wasn't interested in the prices they wanted for some cars in decent condition. Gravity Autos Sandy Springs was so helpful and patient! I was financed right away and I walked out with a car I loved! I won't go anywhere else and I will refer all my friends to them!

Great experience! I found the car I wanted on Autotrader and received a call from Jack within an hour. He worked on the deal and had me pre-approved within a couple hours. Scheduled appointment for the next day and Jack called to confirm the morning of. He was very pleasant and did not pressure me at all. At the dealer, I received the same level of customer service in all areas including Sales, Finance, and Management. Mike Suyunov was awesome in the finance department. He was very personable and made the transaction less stressful. I would highly recommend doing business with Gravity Autos. As a speciality luxury dealer, they don't present the pressure tactics of manufacturer specific dealers. Give them a shot and ask for Jake & Mike!!

Nice sales experience Don did a great job of accomodating our needs for a new vehicle. He was super helpful and made sure we were satisfied with the transaction. The Sales Manager also did a great job of closing the deal and helping with the paperwork at the end of the day. Very good experience...I'd buy a car from them again

As good an experience as you can expect at a used dealer. Sales was prompt and attentive. They let me take the car to my mechanic before finalizing the deal. They found better financing than I had come in the door with. I was waiting on an insurance settlement and they were very flexible. They want to move cars and will work with you. Satisfied buyer, and I would definitely come here again if they had another car I wanted.
