Teeth Cleaning
Friendly staff very warm and I love supporting people who look like me. My first visit outstanding Eureka’s services (teeth cleaning) amazing professional and another young lady so supportive However, the visits that followed not so much. Still the sweetest staff but unprofessional. Discounts for my referrals $50 off I had to remind them several times, also told me initially when getting a tooth extracted I only had to pay. The day of my procedure I was told I had to pay in full. ( On my account is a balance due to an unpaid claim from previous insurance) not my fault but they are holding me liable and as a result refused to remove my stitches from an extraction of hey did a week prior. Also, after care I was suppose to receive mouthwash to deter infection I didn’t receive until after I went back to them because it was slightly infected no apology just business as usual. Dr. Clarke is a good dentist overall we’re all human but I felt she was a bit rough during my extraction. All things considered sadly I wouldn’t recommend this business anymore. David one of the workers there was so extremely compassionate and explained in more details what was going on more then the actual dentist. I do realize I’m not the only patient Dr. Clarke is tending to all her patient however, after dropping $580 she should’ve removed my stitches and be just a little more attentive in my personal opinion. Maybe your experience will be better. Blessings to her and her staff just sharing my experience.

Deep Cleaning
I was a bit confused. At the previous appointment I was told I needed deep cleaning. Yet at this appointment today it was a push to remove teeth and a bridge and replace them with new ones. After that I can get the deep cleaning. Plus, The focus was constantly on how much the procedure cost and how much my insurance was paying. I kept wanting to stay focused on how much I had to pay out of pocket. I finally understood and agreed to the procedures. I recommend that it’s more straightforward and upfront in the beginning
