        Overall

        First class experience from day one and I am still satisfied after 4 months of treatment. The staff is pleasant to each other and the clients at all time. This is a true positive work environment without the fluff.

        My 1st visit to ENT Institute was a very positive experience. I was running quite late for my appointment, however I was told that they would be happy to accommodate me. The normal 1st visit paperwork was all electronic, which saved time. Dr. Carothers was very thorough and sensitive to all of my concerns. The staff were all very courteous and professional.
