i initially thought i was going to write a good review after my first visit because everyone was so friendly but that all changed the moment i left! it was my first visit, the nurse flossed my teeth like a maniac then tried to convince me that i needed a $50 mouth wash that i wasnt covered for. then they said i needed fillings and the nurse came back and said i was 100% covered and can get them done the same day, then sent me a bill saying i actually wasnt covered and needed to pay immediately. i came to the dentist perfectly fine with no teeth problems and left with teeth that hurt everytime i eat because the doctor's hands moved like he was on a vibrating chair! they are scammers and will get over on you after you sign all that paperwork saying you cant sue them. but i can and WILL bring this to someone's attention higher up to get them investigated. i feel so bad that i had my sister go here the next day after my visit...neither of us are returning and hopefully more people will file more claims to close them down permanently

Stop going to DUNWOODY DENTAL GROUP.
They are a big cheat, first the service is very poor, I went for cleaning and they did not clean properly on my top teeth for plaques.
This is the most important they charged me for X-Rays even though they called my insurance group and they were told Insurance do not approve panoramic x-rays every year(they took mine last year) and they took it again this year without telling me that it would be out of pocket. when I called the dental group the person said it will take him a month or two to ask if they can get a reimbursement. (which he never did).
Here is the icing on the cake they also charged me 41dollars for proving tips on how to keep your teeth clean, really :).
If you love give these idiots your money blame yourself.

Unless you want to spend hours and hours trying to sort through their billing, do not go there! They told me that my insurance would pay for stuff I had done and then they billed me for it. When I tried to work it out, they wouldn't call me back. Peggy in the office is particularly incompetent. She didn't send in the right x-rays to my insurance agency so insurance delayed payment, and Dunwoody Dental Group billed me for finance and administration charges for those months. Her manager, Theresa, said she would work things out and said she agreed that we should not have been charged for some of the things that we were charged for, but she did not do anything. Now we have a bill that they are threatening to send to collections for items that we shouldn't have to pay for! Please don't go there - I am sorry I ever went there!

I had an appointment I made six months prior at my initial visit, and I called to confirm 3 days prior and they didn't have it. When I made another appointment for later in the week, they lost it again. On the initial visit they get 6 thousand x-rays and the hygienist was rough. I liked the Dr. Janet Kim, but apparently she is on leave now. The office manager was no help when I complained about the poor treatment. Stay away!""
