The Classic Collision team did an outstanding job on repairing my 2007 Buick CXL for the second time. The quality of work was top notch and I am so happy with the results. The fender/front bumper of my Accord Crosstour was damaged in an accident. I took my vehicle to three collision repairs centers for estimates and decided on Classic Collision because they came highly recommended to me. I was very impressed with the General Manager. He constantly kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car and he was always available. During such a stressful time, I never once felt uneasy about the work that was being perfomed or the expertise of their staff. He guaranteed that if I was not happy, he'd personally ensure everything was done over to my satisfaction. Now that's service! Everyone at Classic Collision was so nice and showed a level of professionalism and customer service that was very refreshing. After completion of the repairs, my vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident. I highly recommend Classic Collision and would not hesitate to use them again.
"As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs.
Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. That was 10 months ago, and They remembered it and had it fixed.
Hopefully, I won't need any more body work, but if I did, I'd go to Classic Collision. My car looks like new - I'm very pleased."
I am so disappointed ���� I went into the business at 440 today to request an estimate to repair my automobile. A horrible mean woman at the front desk asked me who my insurer was, and I replied I would be a self pay. Even though the business was open till 6 she very rudely advised as I was a self pay it was too late to receive an estimate that day. She asked me when did I want to come in the next day and I told her 1 p.m. Again a rude reply advising that they were not available then. I decided I would take my business elsewhere as it appears to me this company does not want your business if you are a selfpay.
I wanted to take a minute and write a review which people only write when a customer is either very happy or very dissatisfied with your service: please count me as extremely satisfied. Just so you know, I've already completed the online survey, and given "10s" to each question with regard to level of service. But I still want to leave this review.
I wanted to write and tell you of my experience with your employees there at Classic Collision. I was in a small collision about a month ago and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by mechanic. They not only took great care of me as a customer, but he listened and went above and beyond to make me feel better about a very frustrating situation. They where very honest with me about my vehicle's repairs and issues. I appreciate that as a woman- so many mechanics take advantage of me.
