Overall

I will never ever go to this restaurant again, they charged my debit card 3 additional times for no reason and the only excuse they had after was we reversed the charge. They did not let me know of the error and after it was a overdraft fee, they would not even pay that fee. I called and spoke to the young lady over and over in a calm voice she told me that they would not refund the overdraft fee because it wasn't their fault(which it was) and hung up on me.
Not only that the food was not that good!!!!

They need help

I only get eggrolls there and leave. They taste pretty good. I tried lunch there and the place was hot with the door wide open. The price for lunch was very reasonable but the food was not good.

NOTICE THE RED FLAGS!!

It should have been a red flag when I walked in to a fan stirring the heat in this non-air conditioned room. I asked for chicken fried rice, and by the time I turned around to put my change in my wallet it was ready..that should have been the second red flag! I exited and opened the lid to take a bite, only to find that I bit in to half cooked/raw ""chicken"". I showed the cashier some of the pink, rubbery meat....resembled scallops. The initially friendly cashier spoke to the Manager/Owner, a small female with a toddler. The Owner glared at me and said only two words I understood..""too bad!"". I showed her the meat-like object, and she told me there was nothing wrong with it. I pointed out that it was not cooked...""shut up!""...then I noticed there was a new customer walking in. She slammed her hand against a sheet of paper taped to the wall that said No Refunds in crayon....that should have been red flag #3! Of course it ended with a shouting match. They refused to cook the meat longer and refused a refund. I'm out $10....for a lunch portion?!?!?!?
