I don't reconnize the bank that this people are describing wamu has always given me good service. it's true that there wasn't enough tellers but service is slow in most banks that I have gone to in atlanta. I have been to this location down town but my neighborhood banks have friendly tellers. I have direct deposit and my funds are available the next day. It could have something to do with the company that the funds are coming from which makes them hold on longer. my checking is free and my withdrawals are free so what's he talking about. but now that chase has taken over we will see what happens.
