I had a pretty bad experience with this corporation. I had spoken with a family support worker about three weeks ago. I asked her a question about me receiving some assistance from this business. And within a matter of three weeks, she manages to answer all questions I have except for my most important question. We play phone tag with each other. I have talked to her coordinator, etc. Still no help, no one has given me an answer to my question, thusfar. Neither, have I received any assistance from this place at all.
