Brown & Brown Wrecker Service

Worst customer service from owner Art Brown down to the lady that works the desk. Stay away from this place. They have excessive hidden charges. Perhaps the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life. They have a contract with Counties and Cities and have lost the understanding of the importance of customer service or satisfaction. They are just running to the bank with money generated from a continuous supply by the Government.

After my car died, I called this service as recommended by the car dealership. My car is less than 2 miles from my home, and I asked if they could pick up the key since I have a small baby and the only way for me to meet them there would be for me to walk. The operator told me condescendingly that they don't run a taxi service. I told them of take my business elsewhere. Guess what? The next service I called said no problem to pick up the key so my baby and I didn't have to walk 2 miles in 90 degree heat.

4/4/13 44 degrees and raining ; 4:40pm rushhour in Atlanta , getting off ramp at Exit 30 Chamblee Dunwoody exit. got flat tire. Hero Unit told me to call Brown & Brown towing. Worst move I could have made !!!. Those two Bastards (men) ripped me off for $65. They put a donut on the car.....knowing full well that the donut had come away from the rim and that it flat as the flat tire they took off the car !

They told me to go up to the gas station and put air in the donut., then they gave me a receipt and drove away....leaving there !!! I called the dispatcher to complain, he said to send a truck out to tow me down the street to get another tire would cost me $65 !! I said your dishonest bastards should have done that in the first place. Damn Bastards ...you got a mother , a wife, a girlfriend, a daughter or a female in your family and believe me , that mean and hateful behavior is going to come back on them !! Believe it !!

The tow truck driver arrived within 15 minutes and knew what he was doing. He was polite and clean. I was really nervous about having my Lexus towed but this company difused an otherwise stressful situation. I would recommend them and will use them when I need another tow.
