Bright Start Nanny Service and After school Care

I am a single father. I contacted Bright Start after a bitter divorce to care for my 7 yr old that I got custody of. They came to my rescue! They sent me interviewers within 3 days of me contacting them. I chose a lovely young lady to care for my daughter.
My life is much easier and my daughter loves her. Thanks Bright Start for your help...

They have cared for my children in the same manner I would have cared for them and my children see their nanny as extended family.. I would highly recommend this company to anyone !!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AGENCY IN ATLANTA AND YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. Their nannies are inexperienced, unprofessional and tardy. If you want care for your children go anywhere else. They charge a $250 nonrefundable fee and that is what they are in business for. You will waste your money and time. I do not recommend this agency. RUN!!!

Do not trust them with your children. The manager forgets important details and sends over completely unqualified nannies. Nannies without even a few months of experience with children. She sounds like a used car salesman and will make every excuse in the book why there are delays and mistakes. You can find a nanny much quicker and much more qualified on care.com. This is the cheapest nanny service in atlanta, and is a waste of the $250 they make you pay upfront. Again - if you value your children - do not go to them. They should be put out of business.
