Good food, forgetful servers

I really like Artuzzi's food; the manicotti is great and their house salads are quite tasty. However, the last two times I have gone there, my group has not received their food at the same time.

The first time this happened, my husband did not get his lasagna until everyone else had finished eating (salads and entrees included). The manager gave him a card that allows you to ""buy one menu item and get one free"" to compensate for his wait.

The second time I went there, my sister and I both ordered salads and an entree. Her salad came, then five minutes later my entree came. I asked about my salad, and they eventually brought it. Then we waited for my sister's food to arrive. By the time her entree came, my entree was already cold. Once again they gave us a ""buy one item, get one free"" card. However, with that kind of service, who wants to come back?

I recommend ordering your food ""to go"" even if you intend to eat there. That way it will all be ready at the same time.

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Did I say WOW!

This is the place that I have been waiting for. The food was served piping hot and they cooked it right there infront of me in there open theater style kitchen. The people were great and we enjoyed a wonderful evening on thier oversized patio. Great desserts with a full selection of beer and wine. We first heard about Artuzzi's when our receptionist ordered a catering for the entire office. Needless to say I have bought here lunch a few times to say Thanks!
