If you want to live free from stress, this place is NOT for you. This place is for no one. The leasing office is about 1.5 miles away from the apartment complex, which means you have to travel whenever there is an issue with the apartment. I still travel every month to pay the rent. They made the online system but some residents are excluded from the service, which they haven't fixed for 3 months. They also haven't fixed laundry room for months. Can you imagine how we wash and dry our clothes? They don't clean the area so that there are trash all over the place. The pest control is no use because cockroahes are everywhere, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom area. All they care about is to take more money from the residents, definitely not the welfare of residents. It is extremely stressful to live in the apartment.
Hi there, My liking is a nice good place to be at, and area, for a 1 bedroom apartment. And places to stores, and nice neborhood also.
Just to update possible future residence,- "I WON MY CASE" against the staff of Arium Dunwoody (Tamika, Jada,- maintenance worker Antonio), and also not to mention my counterclaim at DeKalb Majistrate Court (public record). If Arium Dunwoody staffs members also try to move you into Bldg #800, Apartment #808, please beware of Robin the tenant in #812, Robin is vicious and devious, she will try to get you evicted by saying your too noisy, even when you try to use the dishwasher, washer/dryer, sometimes when taking a shower.#812 will call the Chamblee police and they will knock on your door, and it won't be during the noise ordinance hours. So future resident please beware!!!!!
Staff need to go to training, before being hired. If you are in recovery. Definitely not a place to live.

Beware! Over the last year we've had tons of crime and even a reportedrape in this property. Our car has personally been damaged twice for $2,500. There is no community feeling and management does not address crime or drug issues fast enough. There are also many other more basic issues like parking, poor amenities, etc but to me that's mute considering the huge crime issues that exist. The slightly cheaper rent here is not worth the potential cost damages and health risks you'd be putting yourself in. Consider anywhere but here in Buckhead. I for one am counting the days until we're out.
