Our car was damaged while valet parking at Emory Hospital. The parking manager took responsibility for the damage, completed a claim report, and gave us the contact information for the main office. The claims manager there was helpful and promptly made arrangements for the damage to be repaired and paid for. They also provided a rental car during the repair. We were not happy about the damage, but this company couldn't have been more responsible and responsive in addressing the problem.
Valet parked my car at Emory midtown due to taking my mother to the hospital who is a disabled breast cancer survivor. When picking my vehicle up driver seat is broken it lays all the way back undrivable. Filed out a report with manager. Two days later spoke to Paul Deignan he states valet driver admitted to breaking my seat but because my car is 14 years old that is normal wear and tear. They refused to repair what they broke. This placed should not be in business.
My wife had our car parked by (Advance Parking) at Emory University Hospital after I was admitted into the ER. She dropped the vehicle off with no damages and when it was returned there was damage to the driver side tire, wheel and rocker panel. We confronted the employees at the valet (Advance Parking) after discovering the damages. The employees denied they were at fault and told us to contact the manger the next day. We followed the instruction and contacted the manager and he said they are not liable because there wasn't a accident form filled out when it happened. I explained to the manager that the employees didn't give us that option and he proceeded to deny that the accident even happened. I submitted a claim with my insurance and through that process we got in contact with the owners of Advance Parking and they denied that they damaged our vehicle and refused to correspond with my insurance company. Total damages were close to $2,000.00
On two separate occasions my car was damaged by valet parking operated by Advanced Parking Services. The claims manager Paul Diegnan suggested they would pay for damages after I sent him an estimate. But after I sent him the estimate he had some random employee call me to say they were not responsible. He didn't even have the decency to call me personally. Unbelievable...and their defense was that the valet drivers said they didn't do it. Huh? Unprofessional and slimy, at best. Damages totaled over $1400...
