last time I went there a certain front desk girl was gone for 15 mins. and no one else would come to the front desk either! two people gave up and left because they were tired of waiting ! called the office manager about this and said she would have an emergency meeting about this ! called back later to see what happened and was told it was none of my business that it ewas taken care of ! I see that it was not ! also have complained over a year about another empoyees attitude and even wrote a letter to the chief of staff and never got a response ! this is the way they operate ! nothing is ever done ! it is not absolute care but we absolutely care nothing about you !
Great example of Kaiser's integrated care model. Fast, efficient, competent. Everything under one roof.
Within the past three years of being a Kaiser customer, I have seen a complete nose dive in the service that they provide (outside of the doc apts.). If you require any other service over the phone or pharmacy prepared for unacceptable wait times and horrible customer service. It's a shame that a company is able to obtain exceptional Doctors, but anything else outside of that has shown a very noticeable decline....and they increase their rates annually by @ 20% annually. Obviously my company switched, thankfully. Worst healthcare insurance I have ever had the displeasure of using.
This is the worst insurance a person can buy. I thought they had paid for mammogram services back in 2012 per a supervisor. A year later I get a bill from a collection agency stating I owe them money. I disputed the charges in 2012 and thought the supervisor for Kaiser had taken care of this bill. It was a pain to deal with this company. Long waits on the phone to speak with representatives. I hope to never have to use them again.
I was here for 3 months the care they give here is fine when family members are around but I laid wet all night and was talked to really bad. And got really sick. They were suspost to help me walk they didn't care. I came out not walking couldn't get up are do anything for myself if you can stay with your family member they will be fine but if not don't let them stay here.
I'm so grateful for this WWGH, they made my husband& I feel so welcome,the work that was applied to him was more than I can say.I feel thank you isn't enough to all of the staff.MAY GOD BLESS ALL THE STAFF AT WESLEY WOODS GERIATRIC HOSPITAL!!!
North Dekalb Health Center is not a free. They require a $50 deposit to receive most services there and $100 for the dental clinic. Nothing free about it!!!
Do not take any of your family members here - The staff is incredibly rude to family members and patients alike. It took an average of 30 -40 minutes for them to respond to the call button. They are dirty and will not be of help unless you demand it.
