After 4 months of owning my 3rd fiat my check engine light came on. This at times is normal. In my last one it was on for 3 days then went away and never came back. About 2 and a half weeks ago it came on, and Is currently still on. I scheduled an appointment Monday July 24th at 3:15 PM for that following Thursday at 8:15 AM. Since my vehicle is still under warranty. I let them know i would be there Wednesday afternoon to drop off the vehicle since I worked at 5:30 am Thursday. I was told that was fine and I would get a loaner. I arrived only to be told that I wasn't put down, and after driving 2 hours to get there. There was nothing they could do. The only suggestion given were that I leave my vehicle and find a way home. The only reason I purchased my vehicle with them is because the dealership close to me are terrible. After today I no longer consider myself a repeating customer, and driving a vehicle that is not very conman and attracts a great deal of attention I am always asked my car and where I purchased it. I have sent them many people, but after todays experience that ends. I will not only never purchase a vehicle from them, I will never recommend this location.

Had a great experience with the sales and finance staff. David, my salesman, was VERY quiet (unlike other car sales pros) but very thorough. They had a computer available for customers to print all the docs needed. The sales area is tiny so make an appointment- they get busy! I worked quite a bit with Deborah in Finance to get the payment I needed, the down payment I needed, and a great car. I had choices, which is rare for a buy here pay here lot! My situation was challenging and I was grateful for everyone working together to make it happen and I love my car! Came with a 2 yr warranty and haven't had to use the service center yet, but when I called because the brakes were squeaking a little the service center manager was able to look up and tell me my car came with new brakes! I wish I didn't have to give a star at all. Most of positive reviews I've read speak to the service department or purchasing a new Honda. My poor experience had not been a fluke as I tried communicating via their online chat, internet sales representative, and in person with another sales rep. Each time I asked specific questions relating to a used car on their lot and fees associated with a purchase (beyond tax, tag, title fees) - the three sales reps all pushed for me to come in/come back in rather than simply answering my questions. With my work schedule being the same as their operating hours, I cannot justify taking off work if this team can't at least answer the few questions I had. My suggestion to do the bulk of discussions and address my inquiries via email or phone had been dismissed entirely, only to be told to come in for the info I sought. One of the reps repeatedly told me, "I've looked on the internet and this is the lowest price I could find" - this comment should never be relied upon as it's relative. Mileage, factory upgrade options, etc. are just a couple examples of what makes that comment one a sales rep should never say. The only site that should be referenced is Kelly Blue Book. Their pushy, high pressure sales tactic is despicable to say the least and so many dealerships have learned to do away with these practices. Buyers beware of what you would be walking into when doing business with Curry Honda: unbearable, inflexible, pushy sales team and prices well over KBB values. It's a good idea to pull KBB and Carfax information with desired car's VIN before going into any dealership to help avoid overpaying; run from dealerships like Curry Honda that only use these sources when it benefits them, preventing the buyer from benefiting as well.
Ceelo the salesman is very rude! It's nothing but trash on the lot!!! And they will tell u anything to get in the door. I understand it's hard for a lot of ppl today, but if I'm paying myhard earned money I aspect respect and professionalism I have to do it while I'm at work
I would not recommend the Service Dept. My experience was one of the worst I have had in 30 years of dealing with Exotic and Classic car shops in the Atlanta area. Work in which they preformed had to be re done to make it correct and when dealing with management over the issues I experienced they ended up just as bad. I would stay clear of this place.
Why make an appointment that you cannot keep. I made a 10am appointment for a key to be made. (side note, I would have never come here but no locksmith makes Volvo keys!!) Was told it would take an hour to do this job. You Would think this would be an easy job. Was finally spoken to after 15 minutes in the service garage. Was told two different prices, then told that it there were several cars in front of me and it would take over an hour and a half. Like I said...why bother making an appointment when I am just being served in order of who shows up. Urghh!
I have been doing business with Dover for MANY years and have always had an experience that you could only hope for in other areas of life especially when building motors!If you think they made a mistake...trust me, they didn't.BUT IF there is a problem, call the 800# and talk to Mr. Jessie.This guy a Black Belt in Mechanical things but is as humble as a White Belt. He will bend over backwards to make you happy. So will everyone else there at Dover.
This is the worst Petro I have ever stopped in. Service is very unprofessional. Customers stand in line for ever before waited on. While they carry conversation with each other behind register. No soap in dispensers to wash hands.Wouldnt recommend anyone to stop here. I would rather run out of fuel first. Bad enough u have to pay to park. U get poor service to go along with it. Keep rolling if u don't want bad experience drivers.
I went in as a Temp from Ultimate staffing. They are complete liars. Customer Service has a high turn over, managers are very unprofessional, the trainer does not train you properly. Very unorganized and they use the temps until their contract ends. They don't ever plan on hiring. Waste of time with this company. The only great thing is they start out at $16, but no benefits. They sell you a dream. DON'T GO HERE!!!!
