He came out to repair our TV...seemed like a nice guy...he said a part needed to be ordered that would take two weeks to get back...he took the part and the $150 deposit we paid him and has been unreachable since via phone or email. We were left with no explanation, less money, and a definitely unusable tv. We should have just bought a TV and avoided the hassle of an attempted repair.

Omg! STAY AWAY! These people are scammers!!!!!!! You will be better off buying a new tv. They will lie and tell you a quote and the actual cost will be twice the amount quoted.
Terrible experience! Stay away!!!! They are scammers and will charge you a deposit that do not intend to give back! They are overpriced and incompetent.
This is the only shop that was able to repair my 55' Vizio smart television. The backlights stop working and all the other shop said it would be cheaper to just buy a new set, I paid a lot of money for this set. I took it to Vizio Television Repair and got it fix for less than 200.00, much cheaper than a new one, thanks guys and here's 5 big ones.
