From the moment you arrive, you'll know this is a much different and BETTER experience than a traditional doctor's office. It's so refreshing to have a team of doctors and specialists really take the time to listen to your health concerns, then accurately assess what the problem is. I love the many innovative treatment options that don't involve simply "putting you on a prescription." I absolutely recommend PMC for anyone looking to address a chronic health or wellness concern!

Okay, I'll admit it, I'm a procrastinator when it comes to going to the doctor. A friend convinced me to go to PMC and I'm so glad they did! They discovered a Thyroid problem and thanks to changes in my diet and all-natural supplements, I have more energy and it's easier to maintain my weight. PMC has helped me in times of crisis too. When I sprained my ankle, and my husband shattered his wrist - their physical health department is incredible. So many innovative ways to get you back to health and the activities you love, FAST. Bank of Ozarks - Please don't ever use them as they are the worst when it comes to customer service. I do an electronic payment each month and in February they said I didn't make my payment at all and charged me a late fee on my loan. When we called and spoke with Erica Williams she said to send her documents from our bank showing the payment had been made and she would contact us back of course that never happened, we kept calling and emailing and nothing ever happened. Called to speak to other individuals got no where at this point I just paid the $90.00 late fee and moved on but will put this on every outlet I can find - what a horrible bank and Erica Williams in my opinion you need to be fired.

I love the concept. I wish there wasn't so much turnover of Doctors at this practice. I spent two years visiting Progressive, thousands of dollars in tests & thousands in supplements. Nothing was resolved. The charts are hand-written and things have been lost. I spent over 45 minutes at the store on Friday, trying to pick up an adrenal tincture I have ordered numerous times over the last 2 years and after looking through my chart, no one could confirm the formula I have purchased, so I left. The nursing and IV Department staff are wonderful. They are caring and work hard to make things right. I really wish my root cause could have been found and resolved, because "this is my life and I want to live it well." I can not recommend Progressive based on my personal experience.

Save Your Money, Look Elsewhere!Let me start by saying what I thought was the beginning of a beautiful relationship turned out to be that date you thought went well but you didn't get a call back. Literally this is what happened. After extracting my blood spending about 5 hours in their office between three different practitioners and both blood and urine tests I thought we were heading in the right direction. I left the office with a phone consult rather then being able to do an in person follow up visit since I lived out of state, and apparently that's where I went wrong. Obviously the inability to extract an additional $150 from me on an in person follow up visit meant they would hold my test results hostage and not meet their obligation to follow up with a call back. I literally called them the day before my appointment to advise them my phone wasn't working and to give them another number to call me on. Called them the day of, an hour before to confirm they had the right number, and again after they were late an hour. Waited most of that day for a call. Called back, told receptionist to have someone email me my $690 test results, that I was capable of reading myself and even that wasn't done. After two weeks no response I called back and the second day I called back finally got through to the patient advocate who told me they tried to call on the wrong number, and after I told her the corrected number was provided and I still didn't get a call back or email, and told her when I was told you would send me email the next day because you were out the office, she told me they knew she was on vacation that whole week. Only revealing they had no intentions of a follow up with my results. Needless to say this experience ended just like a bad date that you're the last to know about, disappointing. I would NEVER recommend them. Unprofessional and overpriced!
The manager and Donna were very helpful to set us services for my mother. They acted swiftly when we were in a bind and recommended a caregiver who turned out to be very reliable.
