I have been visiting the community for maybe about two months now. My boyfriend lives in the complex. So far I've seen roaches and the nights myself and my children have stayed, we've heard rats scurrying around in the walls. That's terrifying to even hear. Another lovely trait is how the office staff treat the people here. Currently I am basically stranded here since the office had my car towed since I was not parked in the "visitor parking." Never once have I seen a sign when we enter stating there is a separate parking lot for guests. I called the office to explain how I was not informed of this non existent parking. I was told that it's not their problem by the assistant manager. I even mentioned how I have a three year old and a six year old with no car seats now and no means to transport them to retrieve the wrongfully towed car. I was hung up on and am still trying to figure out how to deal with the situation at hand. You would be better off living in the woods than in this rat infested dump.Update as of 9/4/17: My son walked right into a rat this morning. Thing chewed a hole right into the bathroom only to greet my 6 year old child. This place is ridiculous.
We had a horrible experience here. We leased two different apartments for about a year and a half. The front office is unorganized and unreliable. They double charged us monthly fees and refused to correct the mistake until we showed up in person with our original lease and threatened legal action. They applied our rent check to someone else's account then charged us late fees and sent a letter threatening eviction. They threatened to tow our cars twice and eventually did tow one of them. The notice listed no reason for the threats, no contact information, and two different dates. No one responded to our calls or in-person messages. Several different towing companies are listed in signs throughout the parking lot and none of them are the company the office uses. Once they lost the keys to our apartment and asked to use our set to make copies. When we told them we only had keys for one of the two locks that came with the door, they threatened to fine us for using an unauthorized lock. The lock fell off our mailbox twice and maintenance did not respond to our calls. I eventually fixed it myself. Our apartment was poorly maintained and our calls to maintenance were rarely answered. Our bathroom ceiling leaked when our upstairs neighbors used their shower, our other bathroom door split down the middle and was never replaced, the paint peeled of my kids bedroom walls, and our refrigerator had broken and missing pieces--none of that was repaired in the year we lived in that apartment and all of it was listed as reasons to keep our deposit when we moved out. During our time there, we received many strongly-worded letters addressed to the whole community threatening eviction and fines. They posted signs throughout the parking lot warning residents that eviction notices were coming and another set of signs advertising that they would soon have vacant apartments for rent. Our overall experience was negative and we do not recommend this complex.
If you want to live free from stress, this place is NOT for you. This place is for no one. The leasing office is about 1.5 miles away from the apartment complex, which means you have to travel whenever there is an issue with the apartment. I still travel every month to pay the rent. They made the online system but some residents are excluded from the service, which they haven't fixed for 3 months. They also haven't fixed laundry room for months. Can you imagine how we wash and dry our clothes? They don't clean the area so that there are trash all over the place. The pest control is no use because cockroahes are everywhere, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom area. All they care about is to take more money from the residents, definitely not the welfare of residents. It is extremely stressful to live in the apartment.
Hi there, My liking is a nice good place to be at, and area, for a 1 bedroom apartment. And places to stores, and nice neborhood also.
One of Buckhead's newest and coolest places to live and be seen in my opinion. Great location off Peachtree and the views are exceptional. Awesome rooftop pools and hang out area.
WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! Do not rent here. You ask for a certain apartment and they give you whatever the hell they want !! They all lie and just want to steal your money !!!! Terrible experience. Stuck on a lease that i cant get out of unless i give them my money. Do not lease here !!!!! And if you do triple check everything & do not go with Diana Jerez. She does not know ANYTHING. She will switch up the information!!! Tje manager does not do anything to help. She will lie to you to shut you up!!!! To brainwash you that the problem is solved but not in reality !!!! WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!
Awesome Place to live! Loving it here. Would recommend to all my friends looking for a place to live. So convenient!
Beware! Over the last year we've had tons of crime and even a reportedrape in this property. Our car has personally been damaged twice for $2,500. There is no community feeling and management does not address crime or drug issues fast enough. There are also many other more basic issues like parking, poor amenities, etc but to me that's mute considering the huge crime issues that exist. The slightly cheaper rent here is not worth the potential cost damages and health risks you'd be putting yourself in. Consider anywhere but here in Buckhead. I for one am counting the days until we're out.
