Pretty disappointing experience. rep gave me lots of reasons why my floor project was one that he felt they really handle. Seemed like anything beyond the typical was not their thing.
Very helpful and non-pressured assistance with my home improvement project. Very nice selection of products and they allowed me to take home as many samples as I wanted.
Flooring cracked the first week it was installed. It took over 1 year to get the floor repaired. The technician patched the tile did not match the tile to the original flooring. The manager wanted me to pay to have a technician come back to repair their mistake. I would not recommended this company to anyone. It was a stressful long disappointing experience.
Reliable Floor is expert at refinishing the old floors common in my neighborhood. They did a great job filling in flooring where walls were removed and were very helpful in choosing a color that would meet all our needs.
The worst place to deal with. Very bad service. The price is expensive. The owner is rude. The job was horrible. The Worst Quality. I don't recommend this place. The flooring International distribution at Norcross is for the same rude owner.Horrible. ..horrible. .horrible
The installers have finished up putting in the new carpet and I have to say I am deeply disappointed. The quality of the carpet and padding are far below what I had expected. I had wanted to replace the existing carpet with something pretty much the same as I already had, and match the carpet in the rest of the upstairs. I thought I had communicated that. Sadly, only the color is a good match. The new carpet has less bounce or cushioning than the 15 year old, heavily used on it replaced. Also, the carpet itself is not pleasant to walk upon barefoot. In places one can feel the plastic mesh backing with your toes. Unfortunately these were things I could only realize once the carpet was in place. It still feels fine when you brush your hand across it as it did on the sample. The cost was was roughly $250 over the Home Depot estimate. And about 60% of the cost of doing a hardwood floor from the people who did my downstairs flooring. The value for cost is pretty poor. I did call and complain and a salesman came out and tried to convince me that it was a good carpet and a fine price. And the lumps and uneven bits are just where they nailed down the padding and that furniture will cover the problem. It was all fine with him. For that price, it's not fine with me.My advice is if you want cheap feeling carpet get something cheaper from somewhere else, or if you want some thing nice, save up and get something better from somewhere else.
