I love Dr Aleem! I have been going to him since 2009. I met him when I became a patient at Peachford. He is very knowledgeable about psychological disorders and best medications to treat! He is always thinking. But I always get a smile before I leave!

Did not really help my family out at all. Expected a thanks when not even useful nor helpful. Sadly good help is hard to find these days.
I just wanted to stop by and say that I truly appreciate this doctor's office! They are very personal and professional! They have been there for me as a patient for many years now. They are a professional staff who understands the needs and health of their patients. They have always gone the extra mile and taken extra time to make sure my health is taken care of!
As a professional newly entering the field of Social Services, I would say this company embodies unprofessionalism. I was referred to the agency through an associate. I never was able to go through the new hire process, but I was practically begged to start immediately. I was excited to get the opportunity to perform assessments. This was the training that I wanted so bad in order to get closer to my clinical license. First and foremost, I was communicating with the agency’s “do-boy” or marketing coordinator (I never knew his “professional” title.) I should have known it wasn’t right when he did not know the difference between a BSW and MSW. Nevertheless, I still had hopes in this position. I was able to complete five assessments before I could not continue the “working relationship” with LES. The first barrier was documentation. I am an excellent writer, but being that this was my first time conducting assessments; I had issues with writing treatment plans. I am a quick learner, therefore, I would not have taken no time to learn. I was told the head assessor would be available when I needed her in case I was stuck. That was a lie. When I started submitting the assessments back before the deadline, I was told to not to worry about deadlines. Since I was not certified to conduct an assessment, the head assessor would sign her name to my documentation in order for Medicaid to pay the agency for the new clients. That still was not a problem to me, because I did not want to be fully responbile in case Medicaid or any other insurance company did not want to pay. Plus, I knew in a matter of time, I would be able to sign my name to the assessments that I would complete. The next barrier was communication/professionalism. I’m guessing the head assessor and the marketing coordinator did not fully explain to the heads of the company what they told me about not adhering to the deadlines. I came to this conclusion after two incidents in which the president of LES was talking to the associate, who had referred me to LES, about my work ethics. I think at that point, I had reached my breaking point. I refuse to work with someone who goes outside the agency to talk about their employees. I was doing this agency a service, because they were so “money hungry” that they had too many referrals and not enough assessors to complete assessments. When I started to demand my check, which was only $525, I was given the run around. They wrote two checks that had to be returned because they had written the wrong name on it. Lastly, I had requested my documents that were submitted back and instead of telling me that they were unable to give it back, they had ignored my calls, texts, and emails. I’m happy that I had escaped before I was in too deep. I don’t want to be associated with an agency that the president sleeps with supervisors in order to get referrals; the marketing coordinator paying case managers to make referrals; and misinforming clients of services offered in order to make the client work with their company. Maybe this was just my experience, but it’s ridiculous that one have to go to such madness just to get experience in the field of social services.
He was cruel, heartless and did not communicate. Hehad me fill out paperwork, never made eye contact and that is why weary of people like that. He is in the older generation and does not understand the real world now. He was a square tire. Please do not go to him. He made an easy 300 dollars of me and his only words was stop taking Ambien. That was it.
Jeff has provided a variety of treatments and herbs over the years. He is a great listener and sincerely interested in my health. This new, larger office in Poncy Highland is terrific, too.
If there was a negative grade they would have gotten that. By Far one of the worst places to work. The owner is a prick who tries to swindle you into thinking he is sincere and cares about you as he rides out on his yacht with TI and others that he has been hired to supervise. The pay stinks. The company is managed by the owners childhood friends and his mother-in- law and mother and her friends and his first cousin. I am just kidding but you get my point. It is all in the family and friends. They have no management experience and most no education after High School. They all stay because their friendships give them financial and jobl security. You see pictures of trips on the owners boat , plane or his mansion with most of them while his employees struggle to put food on their table and maintain their bills. They promote from within based on who they think the Judge will like and who will help them keep the contract. No management support with work and the managers move up and think they should not have to work. Wait times to be seen are pushed but quality lacks and mandatory drug screens day for people whether they are ordered or not to keep revenue going. You work overtime without being paid and then threatened if you don't attend mandatory meetings on your days off They are not trained or educated in most cases. They don't have a real human resources department, no bonuses, unless someone in your branch is his friends. The friends that don't do the job which defines most are not terminated but demoted and placed in another location with one of the other friends. They have a witch by the name of Anika Inman who is the company puppet. They let her terminate people whom she may be threatened by or just don't like. They promote friends and so if you work hard, and go to work and are not friends with the owner your chances of making it with this company is little to none. It is like working for the Beverly Hillbillies. Don't get caught out there. Read some reviews from their other branches especially in Alabama. The reviews are no exaggeration. This is the truth. So if you know Jarrett Gorlin , McMichael, or Sanders or Gonzalez(Biggest Joke) then your chances of survival is great. If you don't your stay will be short and miserable. They will however give you unemployment as your consolation prize. Biggest Joke ever and pretty soon will not be doing business in Georgia when the lawsuits start coming and these courts wake up and realize just how dirty they operate.
This is not a good safe place to stay at. at all. Its like a womens boot camp in other words it feels like your being punished for being a domestic violence victim....They have a 6am wake up call every morning and you are not able to retire until 11 that night after doing your mandatory chore that night or previous morning (wich results in "WRITE UP" if not completed on time or incomplete. They do roomcheck every 4 hours wich leaves you with no privacy PLUS might i mention you will share a room with a whole nother family....but if your a single you will share a room with about 3 other singles....Your breakfast, lunch and dinner is served and plated to you in a limited amount...You are not able to cook your own breakfast lunch and dinner at certain times...You share a stalled restroom and showers with the rest of the residents...The lock on the gate is broken so no safety....and there is a mandatory 8pm curfew.. The life to live huh? For 90 days =)
