I was so impressed by gforce customer service! Let me explain just how...i live about an hour away and the store was closing so the owner waited for me to come in before closing. And when i found some bikes i really liked, i didnt have enough money then and he was so helpful and wanted my kids to have a nice evening and birthday and be happy so he waited two hours from the time he closed for me to get the money i needed from home and to return even knowing that i was about an hour away one way! Having said that, when i got there to pick up the three bikes, i was met with consideration and courteousness and patience. He loaded them into me van and it seems like i was the only one that mattered to him and that he was there to help me. I know that seems alot from my point of view because he could have been upset it took so long or not even wait on me and say wait til tomorrow but he didnt. So i wanted others to know that my kids were surprised when i returned home with these bikes, so excited that they even slept next to them that night. In fact i just bought them a few hours ago. They're asleep in the other room right now. :)

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! I chose G-Force as they are listed on the Currie Technologies website as an authorized dealer. When I drove up, a friendly, professional gentleman greeted me outside and offered to unload my scooter. They gave me a quote to repair my son’s Currie E-Zip 750 electric scooter and they had the parts in stock! They called me less than 24 hours later to say it was ready! The price of the completed repair was exactly as quoted and they loaded it back in my van. The scooter runs like new! It was well worth the trip from Fayetteville. It just doesn’t get any better than this! I'd give them more stars if I could!
