I've been a customer for 4.5 years and always appreciate the excellent job the PCC team do with my dry cleaning. They welcome me by name and are quick to resolve rare issues when they arise. Today, they did something to garner my continued loyalty.I picked up my dry cleaning this morning and noticed a brand new designer polo shirt was missing. I called about it and they apologized and said that it hadn't cleaned right the first time so they were redoing it. They were trying to get a stain out and expected it to be ready later. They called me back an hour later to say that it was being "taken care of" and that it wouldn't be ready until after 5 pm tomorrow. The stain, an apparent bleed of color into the lighter part of the shirt, but it wasn't coming clean to their standards. SO THE OWNER CONTACTED THE DESIGNER SHIRTMAKER (an out of state manufacturer) AND ORDERED A BRAND NEW SHIRT, AND WAS OVERNIGHTING IT TO THEIR STORE! Yes, this folks is how it's done!
I took a ivory silk jacket to be cleaned at this cleaners, and upon returning to pick-up this item I notice brown stains on the sleeve, back and front of jacket. Called this to the attention of the clerk. She was very helpful. she mark all the spots and said she would bring this to the attention of the mgr. which she did. I spoke with him the next week and he assured me he would try to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. On my return a couple of days later, he had accomplished the removal of the stains, as a matter of fact the jacket looked great. Much thanks to him.
Carriage Cleaners does a wonderful job with my dry cleaning. I exclusively bring in my clothing to this location because the turnaround is fast, the work is quality, and the pricing for it all is fair. Their repair work is top notch and looks like the factory stitching and new buttons match or closely resemble existing buttons if they go missing. I've had them replace buttons on coats even without asking or reminding them they needed replacement. The general manager, Al, usually works the register and he is very friendly and helpful.
We've been going here since we moved into the neighborhood and haven't been disappointed. Nick and his family do all the work on premises and are quick and cheap. I don't think the prices have budged in at least five years. The dedicated parking is helpful in the busy parking lot. And don't let those hours fool you - we're always able to pick up/drop off on the way to work after 7:30. You can also grab a quick bite next door at Alon's to start your day off right!
I was referred by a good friend to this dry cleaners and I have been pleased. I have been using them for over 3 years. Good customer service, love the drive thru pick up and drop off. They remember my name even if it has been weeks since I have been thru the line. I have dropped off clothes as well as bedding. I would recommend them as they do a great job. Convenient location in Sandy Springs.
I agree with the last reviewer . I have Ben going for at least 15 or 20 years and every single person is not only competent but genuine. They are legitimately glad to,see you have good sense of humor and as we all know there is just no turnover there. I think they have all been there 10 or 15 years which says quite a bit. Never any problems with their excellent work. Mike Koblentz
I've been coming here for years. They always treat me like family and always take care of all my clothes exactly how I want them. We have a relationship where I don't even need my drop off ticket anymore because I trust them so much and I'm not dropping off cheap clothes either. Pricing is very reasonable for the work they do. I would highly recommend them!!!
The lady working there is very personable and works to exceed expectations. I got my laundry and cleaning when promised and done very neatly. The service was great. The work was great including a small repair. On time and at the quoted price. I won't be looking for any other place in Atlanta.
Love this dry cleaner! High quality cleaning and personalized service. I always appreciate how courteous and friendly the staff are - they remember my name and are able to locate my clothes often without glancing at the computer. Always a great experience!
George J ↓: bonehead. "Niga" (pronounced "nee-gah") is the Chinese pronoun for "that." He wasn't calling you the n-word, he was saying "um..um.." trying to think of the right words to say in English. They all do that. Look it up. Silly radio host...
