Since renting from Alamo only a short time, I've had a wonderful experience, I've only had one slight problem, my car was dirty and no gas, and it smelled of smoke, I complained and the problem was solved quickly, I love the customer service that helped me. Other than that my rental experience has been awesome. I have even referred people to Alamo. It's the best I'm a customer for Life!!!!!
For a brief period I stopped renting with Enterprise because the competition was doing such a good job with prices but my last experience with the downtown Atlanta office has truly reminded me why I loved and trusted enterprise in the first place. Thank you for the care and attention. Great job!
I use the Dunwoody Village (Ga) location and they absolutely are the best location i have ever dealt with.I travel often and each and every time I rent a car from this location, the staff is always friendly, efficient and thorough.they are my go to location and now use Enterprise exclusively in other parts of the country because of the service I received in Dunwoody.Matt, Greg and team are the best, Period!
Alamo to me is THE #1 RENTAL CAR SERVICE IN AMERICA. The service, vehicle and prices are very competitive...not to mention the convenience. I used Alamo Airport services for 3 consecutive months last year and has used Alamo again twice this year and will continue using their service. I have never once had a reason to complain. The reason others use other rental services is because they have not experienced Alamo and apparently do not know the benefits. Thank you Alamo. Other services does not compare.
We received very timely service. The staffs were extra helpful. Check in and check out process was seamless. Dropped the keys in dropbox and got the receipts in the email. I like that kind of no hassle service. Highly recommend them to anyone including self.
I have been renting all my cars from this location (about 10 a year), for 2 years. Great cars and service. Some personnel have promoted and moved on. However, the service remains exceptional.
When I arrived there were three people on the counter and two customers. The agent that was free told me to wait until one of the other agents were free while he cleaned the counters and tidied up. One of the other two agents went behind a door, leaving her customer at the counter and when I left, still had not come back out. 10 minutes later, the male agent, went ahead and asked me if he could help me. He took my license and then told me I could just go to the car lot to retrieve a car. I am a new Emerald club member and next time I will gladly bypass the service counter. It was evident that there was not much interest in helping the customers at this airport.
Convenient hours and safe parking if leaving car overnight or for several days. on 11/5/16 I needed a larger car at the last minute and staff was able to accommodate me. I get in and get out fairly quickly although sometimes I may have to wait ~ 10-15 minutes when returning vehicle.
This experience was all around awful. The workers were on their cellphones texting from the time i walked in. I had to say something for them to acknowledge me. They didn't go over the paper work or have me sign anything. I was told toget an economy car for my insurance and they still gave me a more expensive sedan car. They were rude and unhelpful and this sucked considering i got into a wreck with injuries the day before.
This was the WORST rental experience ever. We r Enterprise Plus members and have rented from the company weeks and months at a time. Told at Marriott to not have them pick us up cuz will wait forever! Had an email that said with category reservation would get 2 car upgrade. Reserved intermediate and got a filthy cigarette burned corolla. Had a week! Tried repeatedly to reach them before return and phones always busy. Bathroom and office dirty and unacceptable. Drove on freeways and car had zero power. This car agency is NOT what it use to be!!! 10/17-10/23. Susan Boyce
