The pricing is not bad, but the service does not work like they claim it does. Calls forwarded to a cellular line often times do not go through. It is not a user friendly system either. Lastly, they will not refund, prorate or credit any of your prepaid funds in the event that you cancel service. On a positive note, the customer service and tech support are great.

Went to this dealer on 12/9/16, to buy 2 ZTE max phones, and was told that if a bundle package was not purchased at the same time they would not sell me a phone. All the top popular phones that includes Iphone, Samsung, etc. I asked was this done in all the stores. Then I was told this is there policy. Now just 2 weeks before I went into this same store and inquired about these same phone and there was no policy of a must buy bundle. Now let's look at the price of this must buy bundle. 1. Case $25, 2. Screen protector $20, 3. Ear phones $15. So the bundle would be additional $60. Plus the phone price of $99, and taxes. Well can you say they never got my business and never will. I called another Metro Dealer right in front of the seller, and found out they did not make you buy the bundle, and I went to that other store and gave them my business, and will be referring all my friends, family and Facebook followers not to buy or go this store, in the Camp Creek Marketplace, by the Walgreens. I also reported them to the corporate office of this practice, and I was told this was not tolerated, and they will receive a inquiry.***SO DONTRELLE BOTHER GOING TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL UP CHARGE YOU FOR THERE BENEFIT***Truly Disappointed Buyer 2016

LAWRENCE, INCOMPETENT COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO OPERATE MY PHONE HENCE THEY BOTH TELL ME TO GO TO GO TO THE WEST END AND IN 1 SECOND WEST END STAFF FIXED IT. METROPCS CORPORATE HAD DIRTY! WORK STATIONS 10 STAFF MEMBERS HANGING OUT I HAD TO CLEAN, WIPE THEIR DIRTY STATIONS AND 2 MANAGERS WERE RIGHT THERE MADE NO EFFORT TO CLEAN THEIR STAFF'S METRO PCS WORK STATIONS AND MAKE CUSTOMER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!!! SHAME ON METRO PCS FOR HIRING BAD ATTITUDE, INCOMPETENT, IMPATIENT WITH CUSTOMER AND IT WAS JUST 1 CUSTOMER NOT BUSY ON A SATURDAY!!! Extremely unprofessional and unethical business. The owner is extremely rude and doesn't have any regard for customer care. I will never spend a dollar of my hard earned money with Jeffrey Thomas, Magic Technology, or Cricket Wireless ever again.
I strongly recommend this store to anyone in Downtown Atl and at the Peachtree Mall.The employees are very knowledgeable about different phones and phone plans. I bought an expensive smart phone from this store and I loved the experience and advice they genuinely offered.Very good customer care, honest and their products and services are fairly priced.Keep up the good work and all the best growing your family business.
Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I have had Verizon for over 20 years with 5 phones. My son went in to this store to upgrade his phone. They were having technical issues and what should have been a quick visit ended up taking 2 hours. He understood it was not apparently their issue and that things go down. While he was waiting they offered him a "FREE" hum. He told them he really did not need one but the sales agent told him to take it as it was completely free. We never activated it or even opened the box. When I was charged a monthly fee for the device I called to see why- since it was "free" and we had never activated it. Turns out it was not free but had a monthly charge. We took the Hum back but then were charged a $35 restocking fee. So the free device that was basically forced on us as a gift cost me $55 and several hours of aggravation. The sales person took advantage of the situation to force a sales that was supposedly free on a customer.
Bob Knows Phones has repaired several phones (cracked screen, dropped in water) and also let me know what they cannot fix.
Sadly, I have been to this place multiple times to fix my cracked iPhone screens. They are the best! They fix it while you wait - and give discounts for repeat customers (yay?). They are super reasonable, helpful, nice, and friendly. They don't make you feel bad for being an idiot and dropping your phone AGAIN. Although they do have a good selection of phone cases and will recommend a good one.
I think this store purposely hires the rudest and dumbest people they can find....I know Sprint customer service is the worst in the cellular industry and this store is proof...
