Amazing experience while on a business trip. The chauffeurs of Lane Atlanta limo were professional, timely and got me to my conference and hotel safely.
Do not under any circumstances use this limo company!!! I booked and paid ahead of time and they were a no show!! I confirmed many times via phone, email and text! I am waiting to get my money back. This was for a trip to the airport. Unacceptable!! Beware: they offer deals on Living Social and Groupon. Do not use!!
The best limousine service in Atlanta for many years. I have used their services many times and there chauffeurs and cars are always the best.
This business is a joke. Do NOT prepay for their service. They left me waiting at the airport for over an hour, THEN called to say the driver had a flat. It's excuse after excuse. I'm trying to get a refund for my prepaid pickup that never happened.
WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Why is there not a NO stars option?!?! They were very nice while I booked. But- the car was late, the upholstery was stained, the glasses were dirty, the driver never held a single door, he got lost, and he tore up our yard!!! Then, they were an hour LATE picking us up from my WEDDING. We ended up canceling and having my MOTHER drive us home on our wedding night!!!! I've been calling for a week solid and no one will call me back. SERIOUSLY. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I booked an 7 passenger SUV charter for a group of my friends and I on New Years Eve for 6 hours. I initially booked an Escalade, but was picked up in a Suburban. After arriving to the first location, the driver dropped us off and told me to call his office approximately 20-30 minutes before we were ready to go and another driver would come pick us up- be mindful that I paid for a CHARTER, which means the driver stays with you for the duration of your booking. I called when we were ready to be picked up and it took over 30 minutes for the next driver to arrive; the driver also arrived in a 5 passenger vehicle, which was not large enough to accommodate my party of 6. He told me he could NOT pick us up and informed me to call his office as he drove away. After waiting a total of an hour and a half, we never received another vehicle. Because my friends and I had already purchased tickets to a VIP New Years Eve Ball, I ended up having to pay for numerous Uber SUV rides for the remainder of the night. I have contacted their office numerous times to speak with the manager and/or owner in regards to the full refund that they should issue, but have not received any manager contact or a refund. Do not use this company, as they will rip you off and provide terrible customer service. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will be taking further action if necessary, because no one in their office will appease the situation. With the number of limousine companies in Atlanta and Uber dominating the market now, it is a shame that this company doesn't have enough sense to treat customers better.
Absolutely no complaints with my experience at Shofur. I would highly advise to speak to Nicole. She has worked there the longest and knows the business better than most of the staff there. Shop around on Shofur.com before you call them though.

Shofur was the only service I called that I really felt went above and beyond to meet our needs. Nicole and Jackie were exceptional and helped us with all our questions. I'd sincerely recommend Shofur for any future travel needs.
