I never write reviews but I feel that these guys are very deserving of praise and thanks. Back in May Team One Motorcars came highly recommended by a friend/ coworker that has been purchasing his vehicles from them for over a decade. I thought at first I was being treated like royalty only because I was a referral of a very good customer of theirs. Erik Sims and Matt Shanahan work together as true to the word "Team" as one could expect. It's not your typical car dealer sales environment where are you feel pressure every step of the process. No negotiations on prices. These guys are not pushy "salesmen", (the vehicles sell themselves) they're more like agents that deliver/ sign paperwork the vehicle you want to bring home. I was impressed with their finance options and rates compared to my credit union also the extended warranty options that were presented to me. I actually was able to purchase A 2004 BMW with 148000 miles and still put a two year 24000 mile warranty on it. I didn't want to spend money on a warranty or gap insurance but I'm very glad I was presented the option so passionately (they really care about customers being protected). That's the only time I felt a sales pitch but in a good way. This car had so many features I did not know how to use. They told me that the vehicle was not shipped with the owners manual but should arrive a week later and they would call (they even put it in writing as a we owe). I never received a call but was in the area so I decided to stop in on a Saturday. Wow is all I can say, they had a dozen shoppers and to my surprise Erik and Matt made everyone feel like royalty (so much for my assumptions I thought I was the only one;). Erik politely ask me to go eat lunch and when I got back in an hour he would take the time to explain and program my navigation system for me. When I got back he gave me my owners manual and showed me how to register my car with the BMW owners club. This dealership is awesome, it has Bentleys Aston Martins Fiskers Porsche Mercedes Lexus Range Rovers Audi's Jaguars all over their gigantic showroom floor which is indoors and very unique. There's a ping pong table, pool table and foosball table on the showroom floor to keep the kids occupied or to let out your inner child and have fun in an otherwise stressful purchasing environment elsewhere. I really couldn't imagine ever purchasing a future vehicle from anywhere else. Erik and Matt at Team One earned my future business. Most importantly I wrote this as a token of appreciation for Erik taking the time out to explain all the reasons I needed the mechanical breakdown insurance. The warranty just saved me $1,200 thank you thank you thank you

Gravity Autos Sandy Springs is unlike any other car dealer I have dealt with. The atmosphere at the dealership is professional but relaxed; the associates were courteous; and our conversation never deviated from my specific interest in one vehicle. The test drive confirmed my preference, but I had qualms about the vehicle's color. Still no pressure; not even a subtle reminder that another buyer might beat me to it! I talked down the price and received an "out the door" quote that was quite competitive. Even then, I hesitated but promised to come back the next day. On my second visit I was allowed to borrow the vehicle for most of the day so I could show it to my wife. Spousal approval removed any lingering doubts. Back at the dealers I was offered a very low interest rate to finance the purchase. Undoubtedly, my excellent credit score helped, but not even my credit union had come close. The two associates--Victoria Thompson and Natalie Tenpenny--who worked with me throughout the decision making process were unfailingly polite and amicable. Even, Mike Segarra, the manager who closed the deal was direct but accommodatingly friendly. The process lasted a couple of days--I visited other dealers before and during--but the reception and quality of customer service at Gravity was exceptional.
I recently purchased a car at ABAC after seeing their ad on the internet. After arriving at the site, I wasn't sure I wanted to stop. The office is well below street level and gave me an uneasy feeling. I am sure that this site is a low overhead cost which passes saving to customers. However, they had the car I wanted, so down the hill I went. The first thing you notice is an inventory of very nice looking cars, no junkers here. We spotted the car in the ad and went to look at it, very nice and clean. Salesman Caesar was extremely busy and told us the keys were in the door, to help ourselves to inspect the car. It was nice! We took it for a test drive, drove like new. I went back the next day to take it for a mechanical check, all checked out except the catalytic converter. He agreed to have it replaced at no cost to me, which he did. I took the car back to the mechanic for verification of the replacement. I got a great car at a great price. Cesar was great to work. I am sure there will be people that are difficult to please in a used car purchase, but not for a lack of trying on the part of Cesar. I was amazed at the number of cars going home with buyers. They do not finance but will arrange bank financing if needed. I will definitely buy there again.
This dealership deals primarily with high end luxury sports cars. They have a wide selection of very nice looking vehicles. I ran across their dealership while searching for a BMW convertible I contacted them and worked with Matt on getting the details of the vehicle. He was very accommodating taking specific photos of areas of the car that I wanted to see up close. Since I was from out of state and coming through Atlanta on business I wanted to have a good idea of the car before spending time stopping in. We were able to work out a price and I put down a deposit. When I got the dealership I was able to take the car for a test drive as long as I wanted and it was just as Matt had described. I bought the car and drove it back to WI. I would definitely consider buying from Team One Motorcars again, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is that Matt had promised to assist me in getting an extra key fob at my local dealership, but after two attempts to follow up with him after no response I gave up.
I am a car enthusiast, subscribing to five car magazines, taking advantage of BMW's Driving Experience when invited, enjoyed Plant Spartanburg's performance center and time on the track in an M-5, etc. BMW is also a client and I've spent the equivalent of a couple of months in Plant Spartanburg over the last three years. I hope that there is some way to convey to the products people at BMW engineering what an excellent job they've done making the current edition of the 5 (my exposure is limited to the 530 and 535) by far the best one yet. I've read many articles in car magazines and the occasional nitpicker (i.e. .2 seconds slower 0-60, transmission shifts are slower, etc.) fails to see the whole picture of this car as a daily driver on regular roads, not race tracks. Great job BMW! Pete was a great help in finding the car that I wanted and following the delivery from Brunswick through to the actual hand-over at Global. This is my sixth car from you guys in roughly six years.
Called the dealership to find out information about a Range Rover they were selling. Sales person answered all of my questions and explained the condition of the car. (I think his name was Matt) I was a bit nervous as I live out of state and have never purchased a car with out test driving it first. We were able to put a deal together and Team One Motorcars even got me financed. I waited about 3 days for the car to get shipped to my house and when it arrived my wife and I could not believe how clean this car is.... I'm so glad we put a deposit on it before it was sold to someone else. One thing i forgot to ask when i first called was if the car came with the headphones and remote for the dvd player as well as the owners manual. Surprisingly i found the headphones the remote, owners manual and even a new set of rubber floor mats were all shipped with the car. We are very happy with the Range Rover and all the extras that Team One Motorcars sent.
I just bought a used Mercedes from Team One Motor Cars and it was a great experience. I am young and new in my profession, so I was working within a budget. It was so nice to go to a nice dealership, not some random used car lot, to find a vehicle. I worked with Matt and he was great. He showed me cars I specifically asked to see as well as others in my price range that had the options I wanted. He knew the history on many of the used cars and I never felt uncomfortable or like I was an inconvenience because I didn't have $150k to spend on a new Mercedes. I was really happy with the deal I got on my new-to-me car and all of the people with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. I had a Lexus before this and was always happy with my last dealership, but I think this brings it to a new level. I definitely recommend working with this dealership.... it's really been a pleasure so far.
Doug, I just want to thank you for another excellent experience at Global. Yesterday was a crazy day for me with postponed airline flights and other hassles trying to get back to Atlanta, which delayed Pete and my original appointment time. Pete was flexible with us throughout. Also, I truthfully did not expect to have received an X6 immediately and assumed that we would need to order one to get options that we desired. However, I feel very fortunate that Global had in inventory one that checked all of our boxes. I have had a lot of fun driving the car since purchasing it yesterday and look forward to many more enjoyable driving experiences in my hip new X6. Pete – thanks for the consultation on color as well. I am grateful that I heeded your advisement and I am enjoying the look of it very much! I will be very pleased to give you all the highest ratings.
I had a very good experience with ABAC. The transmission on my car had recently stopped working and because of work and other obligations, I was pretty pressed to get another car. After going to a number of used car dealerships, I found that ABAC offered the best options, having several reliable car brands with low mileage and good prices. After getting a carfax and inspecting the car, I felt comfortable in purchasing my 08 Camry from ABAC. The salesmen were very helpful and straightforward and six months later, I am still very pleased with my purchase. Regardless of where you purchase your vehicle, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Get a carfax, inspect it, and if you are still reluctant, take it to a mechanic. There a very few used car dealerships in which EVERY customer is happy. But, with the experience that I had at ABAC, I would definitely recommend them.
Love this place. Walked out of there w/ a 2000 Honda accord coupe 89k miles, custom sunroof, no dents, and interior was excellent. Car runs like a champ.. only paid 3000 Love this place. Walked out of there and found a 2001 Nissan coupe 89k miles, custom sunroof, no dents, and interior was excellent. only paid $3500...I was looking for a public car auction and found Repokar...I impressed me a lot....it is a very good choice to make deals... I never bought a car from an auction before but they were Very Easy and I paid like half of blue book. Didn't need a membership or anything, they were really cool! Plus they have a ton of cars.
