The Get Digital World Site taught me how to professionally promote my HVAC business. With enormous competition, I needed every edge I could get. They Teach you how to specialize in social media promotions, using hashtags, and keywords. Everything is DIY. Consequently you also are learning a new profession in the process. Very clever. As an internet skeptic, I have to say i was stunned at their work. They published my book HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the competition. Not only did they do that, but they issued a FREE ISBN number, and ( get this) They distributed my book to Apple iBooks, Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Google, Amazon. And they did it in 4 DAYS! Thank you very much!
Do not use xfinity. I transferred service and they sent the wrong technician. I called customer service where i got hung up on three times and rep stated that even though he was sorry for the inconvenience he would credit my account $25 really. He then explained that they could not get anyone out until the 12th. Horrible, Horrible service I'm not sure why this company is still operating.
This is an exciting discovery just around the corner from my neighborhood, where they have been working for a couple years now at converting this into a giant hub for Google Fiber!
Worst company ever! The phone quality was horrific, always had static, couldn't call lots of numbers. Finally, my only issue was the static and then they shut down my entire service for no reason. I paid for 2 years and had 1 year left. They said if I want to keep my service, I have to upgrade and pay more money. Meanwhile, they don't want to refund me for the year I still have left. I think this company is a complete scam. They just send auto emails if you try to get any help. They never gave any warning for my account being shut down, they just did it with no reason. Thieves! I agree with the other complaint below.I will contact the BBB because they are stealing everyone's money. I have the same experience as Rick below. I'm losing minutes on my cell, I can't afford to lose my number as I've used both for years and they are just complete scammers. I got the same abuse email and funny thing is they registered my account under a business name so they were well aware this was originally a business. Now it's purely residential and they shut my account for no reason. They are scammers!
Sorry customer service. Waited on an install and the good came and said he could not install my cable because the previous guy mucked it up and he would not install my TV service. Still waiting for comcast.
