I started taking my son to this daycare in December 2016 and it has been a blessing for me to have found this place. I was just driving by and saw the sign that said childcare on the side of the building and I went in to get some information about it. I first talked to Mrs Aiesha about the cost and fees and how long they have been there. I wasn't sure about bringing him there at first but once I tried it for a few days and he adjusted to all the teachers there pretty fast and they liked having him around then I knew that it was the place for us. Of course it is always that time where every child cries when you leave them and after about a few months of him going there consistently he has adjusted to all of the nice ladies and teachers there. Mrs Mickie is the owner and she is so nice to my boy and to all of the other kids there. My son doesn't drink regular milk like most of the kids at the daycare so I asked her if i could bring my son's milk to the daycare for him and she said no and she was very nice about it and explained to my why and I totally understood why. The teachers are so informative on what happens with my son on a daily basis. They give me his lunch and dinner assignment sheets and if he had an accident, they give me a copy of the report and how good or bad he behaving. The other great thing about this daycare is that they are a 24 hour facility so if I had to work late or just needed a night out to myself for a little while they can keep him at anytime for me which is so good cause sometimes you can't find that last minute person to care for your child if you just so happen to need sometime alone for a few hours so it is really great to have that option. Mrs. Shaun, Ms. Shameka, Mrs. Maxwell, Ms. Tiffany,Ms. Clara, Ms. Erica and any other ladies that I may have forgotten to name, thank you all so much for the wonderful love and care that you show my son. He loves you ladies so much and I trust you all while he is in all of your care.

My daughter attended Pre-K at Little Scholars for 2014. There are no words to describe how amazing this award winning school is. I found this school on the state's website with a peach next to it, which indicates that it is recognized by the state as EXCEPTIONAL. The teachers, the staff, everything about this school is AWESOME! I am extremely overprotective parent on all levels. This school made me and my child feel safe and secure. This is the only school that I am willing to send my 2 year old to with her severe allergies. This school and the owner (Ms. Felicia) take such pride in the children and the parents. They teach the children about being ladies and gentlemen. They have a day when they teach the boys and girls about etiquette. Mommy and me tea on Mother's Day. Just too much to name. The school is located off of Old National (Jerome Rd.), but the school has nothing to do with the area. We passed up two programs near our home off of Camp Creek Parkway (near the Marketplace and Wolf Creek Ampitheater) to drive our daughter 20 minutes out of the way each day...just for this school. I'll stop rambling now. My prayer now is that it turns into a real school very soon so that I can keep my babies there. Congrats to Little Scholars for being such an EXCEPTIONAL school on all levels! Love Brooke Crawford and London Elise (and soon Kerrington)
My Child one of the most treasured things I have been blessed with in this life. With this blessing, I was also given another blessing; Child's Life Academy. When I have to go to work or any other function requiring child care, I have peace of mind knowing my child is there in good hands. For those with unorthodox work hours, there is no need to worry about working around the hours of this center. Child's Life Academy operates 24 hours a day and is open almost everyday of the year. The rates and hours provided to you for your money cannot be beat. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their communication with you regarding your child and what is going on at the Academy is excellent. Most children are not fond of eating vegetables. Mine is thanks to the balanced meals that Child's Life Academy serves. The curriculum is also very good. Friends and family are always impressed with my child's ability to recite and recognize shapes, letters and numbers. You will not regret choosing Child's Life Academy as a stop along the way during any day you may need them and also in the development of your child...Believe Me
I am a first time parent, and had to choose a daycare for my little girl at six weeks old. With all the horror stories that I have read online, my husband and I stressed over the decision on which daycare to choose from. Yes, Child's Life Academy is extremely affordable; however, that isn't even the best part. Yes, they are open 24/7, and you don't have to worry like most parents at work picking up your child at exactly 5:00 PM. However, once again, that is not even the best part. Yes, they provide lesson plans and hourly updates to parents, and ALWAYS provides daily reports on your child; however, that is not even the best part. I could go on and on and on about all the great things Child's Life Academy provides for my child; however, the most important thing they provide for my child (besides safety) is love and care. My Lily LOVES the employees at Child's Life Academy. Lily lights up when she sees Alison, Erica, Ms. T, and Ms. Mickey. I can take comfort while I am at work that she is being cared for on every level, and THAT is why you should choose to send your child to Child's Life Academy.
Child's Life Academy is a great daycare/preschool. My daughter has been going there for 2 years plus and has always been treated well. For the price you pay and the flexibility to have child care 24 hours a day and 7 days a week you cannot beat this or find a better facility in the greater metro Atlanta area. I cannot tell how many times I have been thankful for this place to aid me when in a bind for child care. The meals, activities, and lesson plans are all on par with any daycare in the area. The location of this daycare being near 400 and 285 is also very ideal. As for billing I have never had any real issues, there have been minor things which I have disputed and they were always dealt with in a professional manner, 90% of time it was me forgetting I may have picked my daughter up late or so on. The facility has always had the documentation to support any additional charges, this is what I would expect from a business and like to see. So, I very much would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a daycare/preschool in the metro Atlanta area.
The o great thing about this daycare is that they are a 24 hour facility so if I had to work late or just needed a night out to myself for a little while they can keep him at anytime for me which is so good cause sometimes you can't find that last minute person to care for your child if you just so happen to need sometime alone for a few hours so it is really great to have that option. He loves you ladies so much and I trust you all while he is in all of y'all care.child life have help me get through thing just by walking and the with great good morning to have a great day.i just love ms.micky jokes they make my day with that being said my son love it there don't like to leave this the place to take your child cause child life academy is the best.
My kids are going there and I love it and they love it. I love the owner, she keeps me updated all the time with what is going on with my kids. This daycare has been a blessing to me and my kids. Its been a couple of times where I didnt bring enough pull ups and wipes, well thats not a problem there, because they got your back. After a long day of work, Iam greeted with, " How was your day?", when I walk in. Iam filled with a nice cleaning smell when I walk in. The kids have a nice" big" outside area to play at. I read alot of reviews, and the only thing I can day is you have to see for yourself. But I will leave you with this. I had just started a new job and after I dropped my kids off I somehow left the keys in the car, well the owner arranged for a locksmith to come and she paid for him to unlock my door and insisted I didnt pay her back. What daycare you know will take time out to help?, not to many.
I went to High School at Galloway in the late 90's and I highly recommend it. I'll be sending my kids there when they are older if I'm living in Atlanta. The class sizes are small and the teachers foster discussions rather than memorization of facts. They are also very flexible, crafting classes for 3 students or even 1 student, at times to meet individual needs and interests. The school places value in fostering a lifetime love of learning, not just learning enough facts to get a diploma. They want their students to be curious and enjoy new experiences and continue the learning process throughout adulthood. The school has expanded since I went, but based on a recent visit back and looking at the classrooms and many of the same teachers still present, it appears that they haven't changed their philosophy even if the buildings and grounds have changed.
Happy ParentMy son has been a student at Child's Life Academy since 2 years old. He is now in Pre-K. He loves it and learning a lot. I love the teachers, the cleanliness of the center, the professionalism of the staff and Ms. Micki is just the bomb. I was at the center when there was a parent who refused to pay the late fee and extra hour charges. This is the same parent who raved about how great their daughter had adjusted to Child's Life Academy. It's a shame to see parents who don't get their way go on the internet and post negative comments about the center they once raved about. If only the parent had read the policy and procedures, this could all have been avoided. I highly recommend Child's Life Academy to anyone who is looking for quality daycare and education. Go check it out for yourself.....
I could not be more pleased with a school, and we have tried a few. My children (ages 3 and 5) often do not want to leave because they are having so much fun. This is the first school where my daughter has been academically challenged, and always in a positive, supportive way. As a non-profit, OMNI is an amazing value. The head-of-school and her husband have worked tirelessly and sacrificed to offer this educational opportunity as a ministry to our community. As an MIT graduate, I am picky about the quality of my children's education, and as a Christian, I am wary about where and with whom my children spend the majority of their time. However, I can attest that OMNI is truly a place where children can reach their God-given potential, and I pray that many more families will be blessed by what it has to offer.
