This company is horrible. I have been paying my student loan constantly for years. When they changed management everything became worse. The company does not have automatic payment, they rarely send quarterly statements, communication is non existent, and recently when making a payment (manually) the amount stated on the statement was not authorized, forcing me to pay double. I did not find out until after the fact and then trying to get in contact with them is a hassle. Before management changed, Cathy Reynolds would reach out to you to notify you if there have been any changes or a missed payment. Also, the company indicated they would implement automatic payment in 2016, and that has still not happened. There is no way to view your account, the amount of your loan, view discrepancies, or pay in full. There is also no way to communicate life events or changes, unless you call the company directly. But again, NO ONE is responsive. This organization is horrible!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. Came into this location for onboarding on October 26, 2016 and Mr. Anthony Welch was pretty vulgar. He went to speak about their no weapons policy and made the comment of "I'm quick to pull on anyone who thinks they will come at me"! I thought it was very inappropriate. He also falsely accused a few people of cheating on their drug test which is almost impossible because he basically had the door open watching and if that was the case he could of looked in the porter potty for condoms or checked and searched the fellas upon taking the drug test as he stated he had the right to do when going on a rant in the class. I get that the education is free but people are human and not everyone is the same. I'm not sure if they had plenty of bad experiences with the crowd of people they recruit but not everyone is on something sketchy. The crowd recruited was not informed of the rules of onboarding. During the recruitment process it is okay for guests to come in and help prepare others for the training classes and apparently not okay for onboarding. Communication is apparently horrible and needs some improvements. Also, the way that they treat people.

Soon after the oil change the car's engine began to make a loud noise. the car will no run anymore. He has talked with the people at Car Carzy and they refuse to remedy to situation. They told my son that it was his fault and they couldnt do anything to help me. We need help. What can we do...Is this $2,000 down the drain?
We purchased a washer from sears Along with the protection plan. It has had trouble since september The sears repair guys have not showed on five different occasions They would even call to say they would come at a set time or Say she was the next stop. I called sears customer service several times. They hang up on you and are very rude along with being a smart mouth. Based on the no shows she received An email saying she was approved for a replacement. Three different reps said she should get a replacement washer. Then I called to see how I get the replacement, I'm told oops the email was an error. Dealing with sears has been a nightmare. All the reps there address themselves as managers. A word to the wise DONT BUY FROM SEARS YOU WILL REGRET IT. They also do not document thier records to what actually occurred during the phone covesatin that took place. Meaning they falsify the record.
